I have always been so happy with the groomer she is amazing my dogs love her as well . When I say to my dogs " wanna go get pretty? They see us pulling upto " pretty beastie " mybdogs get to excited I have to calm the down before I can take them out of my van . Hercules is my oldest Yorkiepoo and he is the leader of my crew so as soon as I open the van door the run right to the front door hahaha. When they come home they smell so fresh and nicely brushed and nails are perfect . Thank you so much for being an amazing and caring groomers . She has never been done on time, asking to wait a few more hours, and even then when I arrived just before closing, she was still working on the dog. The place looks shabby, and there is always too many dogs. I have a feeling that she is overbooked or takes in dogs without an appointment, thus causing an extreme delay. Last time, my dogs came back so dehydrated that they couldn't stop drinking for 2-3 minutes. This is not acceptable for the owner to keep dogs so long without offering them some water. I will never return there. No, thank you! Not even a cheap price ($50 for a small dog) will entice me to come back. I wish the groomer well though and to find time to transform the place into a more decent and inviting salon.

We're usually quite picky when it comes to husky grooming, only because we've read horror stories in online forums and the like! i found doggie delight from a Yelp search and used the request a quote / message the business feature and they were SO quick at responding and answered any questions i had. communication was super straightforward and they were incredibly responsive, especially considering i messaged them close to the end of their operating hours. the day of the groom was also really simple and straightforward! i was given a rough estimate on when our pup would be ready, but the person at the business also told me they'd text me when she's done. i think they did a great job with my pup and she didn't even seem to be too scared to be there either! unfortunately, i forgot to take pics when she was fresh out of the groomers, but they definitely did a great job and didn't do anything i was worried about! we'll be booking here again next year for our husky's annual professional groom! (don't worry, we brush and clean her at home too lol)

They were fast and were accurate in how long it would take to groom my pet and they actually listened to how I wanted my pet to look. They did a great job of keeping my little white Maltese fluffy, cute and feminine. Sustaining her ears and tail and keeping her super white! Not only are they a great price but they also provided my dog with a report card and a little bow on the way out! When my groomer transferred here, I decided to give them another chance --BIG MISTAKE! This time, I brought in my Alaskan Husky, and my regular groomer was not there. When I picked her up, she was hobbling and when I confronted the owner, he had the audacity to ask, "Wasn't she like this when you brought her in?" What kind of professional even suggests that a pet owner would bring in an injured animal? Then he had the nerve to tell me, *"We couldn't finish the job, but you still owe me."* I was furious. I threw the money at him and stormed out. When I got home, I discovered her ears were bright red and nearly bleeding. Fast forward two days and $883 in vet bills later: my dog has been diagnosed with a severely strained right paw and is now so traumatized she won't let anyone touch her paws. This place is a nightmare. They are unprofessional, careless, and clearly have no regard for the well-being of the animals in their care. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your pets!

First groom was more expensive than what I was…read morequoted (ended up being $155 for an 18 lbs cockapoo?!), but the groomer claimed he was super matted - I brush him daily, so seemed like an exaggeration - but I was pleased with the cut, and my dog seemed happy - so ok. This time, I dropped him for his appointment, only to have the receptionist call me 30 mins later, saying how matted my dog is, and they either have to shave him down (I didn't want that, as it's winter and his body hair hadn't grown back that much from the first shave 2 months ago. I just wanted his face focused on, and his body cleaned up a bit) or they can offer me to come back and pick him up and drop him off again tomorrow - the groomer would come in especially for me (how much extra would that cost me - now he's coming in when the shop is closed?). I had this appointment booked for weeks, I wanted it done today - and my dog was not in such poor condition, I bathe him every 2-3 weeks myself, and brush him daily. Clearly they overbooked themselves. When my dog was finally done 5 hours later (!!) - his body was entirely shaved, and his face not shaped properly - too long around the nose. He is also super hyper and agitated, clearly didn't enjoy being kept there for 5 hours for a shave that should have been done in 2-3 hours max (how long it's taken all the other times/what they told me this visit would be), and yet I was still charged $135 before tip. The groomer complained that all the dogs who came in today were super matted, so he was so busy and it took much longer than expected...but if you're shaving down their bodies anyway - do the mats even matter? If I wanted the same cut he gave my dog last time, I need to come every 3-4 weeks - otherwise he can't do it. Miraculously he did it the first time we came in, and my dog hadn't been groomed in 4 months?! Needless to say, I won't be returning - I'll go elsewhere for half the price, and if it's not a perfect cut (as today's hardly was), at least I won't feel ripped off.
