I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!

So I asked him to go back to the departure lane. It was jammed at the airport. Also he couldn't help for my suitcase. He is a big tall guy, but he said he has a bad back. I am 5'4 skinny Asian.. Wish he could have helped me a little. And he finally charged me $85 total. I feel really ripped off, and was taken advantage because of my broken English? I will definitely never use it again.

When we refused to pay him cash, he acted as if he was going to drive away with our 4 suitcases and 3 pieces of carry-on luggage still in the back of his vehicle, refusing to open the trunk lid until paid. Given $25 cash, he more-or-less dumped our luggage from the back of the taxi, then told us he wanted a tip as well (no!) -- and when I asked him for a receipt, he said he'd get one. He sat down in the driver's seat, started the taxi, backed into our luggage -- nearly running us over -- and left.
