I used my Progressive Roadside App and was sent a text from U-Win towing stating that it would be 125 minutes. I called the company direct to see if they could give me a better estimate, they kept constantly putting me on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. All I would get was a female voice saying "U-Win hold". Over and over. I called Progressive and asked for a new towing company. I won't use them ever again. Called once and the manager said he could do a tow for $230 and said he wrote down all my info of course i did not get the managers name. So the next day i called and the lady that answered coupd not find it and was pretty rude the whole conversation, ended up getting a $250 quote she told me to maybe call back tomorrow at 11am. Called today 8/23/25 another lady answered the phone and was overworked it sounded like and could not remmeber the addresses i gave her or anything for the pick up and drop off of the car I ended up gettinf a $265 quote the price just kept going up read more

Garbage service. I requested a tow at 7:08pm and they accepted it and said would be there between 8:38pm-9:08pm. At 9:10pm I called and dispatch lady was very rude as if I did something wrong. says they got a call for an accident that took priority over me, zero curtesy call to make me aware. Said it would be another 45 min. I commented on their facebook page and they blocked me which clearly they dont like the truth to come out. SCAM COMPANY! My wife and I requested a service from this company without looking at the reviews first. So that was my first mistake! Sebastian came out and put air in my tires, mind you, that's the only service we requested was for air. My tires weren't filled properly when they charged my card 300.00$. I spoke with the owner who stated that he would Zelle me 225.00$ of money back. Which he never did, and that was 12/2/2024. Yes my cars transmission went out on my car my son had it at the ti m eand LONNIE towed it back to my house when he arrived at the house he refused to put it in the driveway opting to put it on the street , we asked him to please pit it in the driveway and he flat out refused and said it was to narrow for him to drop it now the bottom half of my driveway is wide enough for 3 cars going into the back yard is quite a bit narrower but I'm able to back a 32 foor fourwinds boat with a 10 foot beam in there But he couldn't back a flatbed in there I've had many cars dropped of in the back yard After I asked him if it was his first day he started mumbling something like I'll put it wherever the f@*@i want to put it so I went back into the house as to not let the ugly side of me tear into him then he gets into the car and backs it off the truck claiming he had it in neutral ok maybe but I've never seen a car go forward in neutral but OK. My sons car was picked up by you in towing on Saturday, June 26. They were supposed to deliver it to Royal O'Brian Ford on Monday. They didn't deliver the car until Friday, July 2 almost a week late. I was coming home from Kroger 13/Schoenherr, around 7:45pm, and turned down Moravian. I noticed my low tire emergency light came on and I was 5 min from home. I pulled in and called my roadside assistance to get the tire changed. Got a confirmation at 8:12 U-Win was coming within 45-90 min to change it. 9:55 I called the number that was texted to me and I asked, "Is someone coming?" the girl on the other end said, "he's on a call and then he's coming to you.". 10:30 came, I texted to the number, "Can someone come tomorrow?". No response. 11:00pm, no response, no show, no updated ETA. I canceled the order, via my insurance app, and trying to get to the dealership to get this tire switched out. They were rude to my wife and after waiting four hours for them to show up, they cancelled the service with the insurance company 25 minutes before calling my wife stating it's because she didn't answer the call from them. When she told the manager you guys just called me not 25 minutes ago and caught him in a lie, he said for us to contact the insurance and they'll come back out. By far the worst towing experience I've ever had! I was given a 1 hour eta and as of right now (4 HOURS LATER) I'm still standing by my car waiting for service. Multiple call backs I was told, 1 hour, then 30 mins, then 15 mins. "They were taken away on priority calls". Now they have completely stopped answering my calls. On Saturday, we had a problem with a stuck Uhaul truck and received local estimates from Uhaul to get the truck winched out. U Win was the cheapest so we went with them. We were told the ETA was about 30 minutes. The man who arrived was over 2 hours late to our location. He didn't make an effort to correctly locate us and nearly abandoned helping us even after we gave him concrete, specific directions and reiterated that his services were required. We tried calling him back several times for updates and he wasn't responsive. When he would call back, he would say he'd be there in 5 minutes every time. When he arrived, he was rude, had an unpleasant demeanor, and acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. He not only was very late but didn't apologize nor offer a slight discount for the total lack of customer service. Please look elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately due to an issue with my daughter's vehicle and my wife's vehicle on the SAME day, we had to make use of our towing coverage. I was somewhat surprised that I wound up having U Win Towing dispatched to my residence to tow my daughter's vehicle. But what a pleasant surprise ! The driver, "Zack", wound up calling me and advising me what his estimated time of arrival was. He further encouraged me to contact him if necessary, advising me that the number he was calling from, was his personal cell phone. Upon arriving, I happened to mention my prior experience with U Win Towing. He advised me, that although he didn't want me to think that he was just making excuses, he confided that they had issues with a certain dispatcher. He revealed that the dispatcher in question, no longer worked for the company. Zack was the epitome of professionalism. He performed his job promptly, explaining everything thoroughly and with a very friendly demeanor. Later the same night, I wound up summoning U Win Towing to tow my wife's vehicle to a repair facility. This driver was just as friendly. He was also prompt and thorough, explaining what he planned on doing. I must admit that my previous review may have been unduly negative due to one bad apple in the bunch. Nothing like having my car overheat in the middle of lunch traffic on a very busy road with construction everywhere you look. Brian was stopped at a light behind me and noticed that I was having trouble starting the car back up. He did me a huge favor and took my car around the block to where I needed it to go so that I wasn't stuck in a dangerous spot. Very cool guy and I couldn't be more appreciative of his generosity. Worst experience I have ever had. Flat tire, middle of the night. First driver arrives WITHOUT A JACK. He REFUSED to use mine because he doesn't like the jacks that come with the car. He had to call a second truck to come. I asked if he could please hurry because I had to get back to work. The driver told me "Maybe you shouldn't have hit the pothole then" I said I didn't hit a pothole. Then he saw the nail. 2nd truck arrived and between the two of them they couldn't get the lugs off because the child sized tool kit they had didn't have the right size, either too big or too small to fit. They both said my tire iron wouldn't fit either. Are you kidding me. They said I could either get a tow or call someone else. And then they both just left I did call someone else and from call to having me back on the road to less than 40 minutes. It was over 3 hours for UWin to do nothing. I think they are scam artists who try to force people to take a tow. I wouldn't try them to tow a matchbox car !! read more

My tire blew on I-75 coming home from Eastern Market and I didn't have a spare. So I pulled over on the side of freeway on a Saturday morning in a 'sketchy' part of town. The tow truck driver was extremely nice and helpful. My insurance had me go to the nearest tire shop and when we pulled up the area was clearly a BAD part. The tow truck driver walked me into the establishment and waited with me until I felt comfortable enough. Thank you so much for that driver! My car had been sitting for a number of months and I called for a tow since it would not start. I was told it would be 45 minutes so when I called back after an hour and a half I was told he would be leaving in 10 minutes to head my way. After another 45 min. the driver arrived. He jumped the car and it started and insisted I should be able to drive it to have a new battery installed. After he left I backed the car out of the garage to let it run and continue charging. The car had a number of service messages and would not move forward. When I called the driver to come back 10 -15 minuets later to tow the car as originally requested he said he had closed my ticket and was dispatched to another call. So I would have to call in again to start another service request. Needless to say I used another company. If I could give this company a half of star I would. Diana B read more

I was involved in a minor accident and had my car towed to a local auto repair shop (which was closed at the time) I found out they did not offer loaners, and the next morning my insurance company had my car towed from that shop to a different shop. Around 9:30am, I was told the tow truck would pick up my car within an hour. Just after noon, I called the shop to check if my car had been dropped off, and it hadn't yet. I then called the tow company, and was told the driver was called out to an accident (understandable he went there first, as my car was safe in a lot) and was "20 minutes away". Almost 2 1/2 hours later I called again, and was told the driver had to stop at the shop for money to pay fees (maybe I'm misunderstood, but I thought the towing company was the one providing a service and getting paid?) and was, again, "20 minutes away". Another 2 hours later I called the repair shop, and was told the car still hadn't been dropped off, and after calling the tow company yet again, they said it was now finally being loaded on the truck. The initial call for my car to be towed was just after 9:30am and after costing me a full day off work, my car was FINALLY picked up at almost 4:30pm - the driver was supposedly called out on ONE other call, and there were no other drivers that could pick up my car throughout that entire time? I have never seen service like this, and would definitely not recommend U "Win" Towing, you just win a huge headache. read more

This company was called by my insurance company for roadside assistance (flat tire). Tow truck came 4 hours later and complained that he had been waiting and waiting (I could see his tow truck out the window and he had just arrived). He then made me drive on a totally flat tire to an open area where he could work. He did not have a jack or any tools besides the lift on his tow truck. Changed my tire (which was low on air) and told me I needed to go get some air in it. Roadside assistance? I think not. read more

Dez arrived on time and knew exactly how to haul a big rig, including removing the axles to prevent transmission problems. Dez was careful, professional, engaging, and took pride in his work. I would never ever use this service. I gotten an accident and my insurance company set this place up to come get my vehicle. Not only was the driver an hour late when he got to my house he asked me if I wanted him to take it to his buddies shop where I would get a great deal. My insurance set this up so he should've known where he had to take my vehicle I had to go in the house and print out directions for him. When he took my truck I had a Tonnele cover on it when I want to pick up my vehicle at the shop a week later the Tonnele cover was missing. The shop did the right thing and took pictures of the vehicle when it got dropped off showing it had no cover. I wish I would've took pictures of the vehicle when he took it. When I called my insurance company they conference called me with the tow truck company and the owner was very sympathetic and understanding so he said he would look into it. When he called back knowing that my insurance company was not on the line his attitude changed very combative claiming he had software in ever one of his tow trucks that showed where it was and how long it was there he told me the truck was at my house for no more than five minutes which is wrong. It was at my house for at least 15 minutes cause I had to go back in the house and print out directions. When I asked if I come in and take a look at the software he out right said no, that he did not have time for this shi&. One lesson is learned always take pictures of your vehicle before he gets towed. read more

These guys were called by OnStar one early morning when I was on my way to work and got a flat tire. The driver took to me dealership, and before I got out (had not used roadside assistance before--even though I had this service for 5 years--so not sure what I needed to do). I asked driver if I owed them anything. He first said "no", then said, "oh wait, yes there is $50 charge). I asked him if they took charge card (don't normally carry that much cash) and he said "no only cash" (should have been my first clue, but was stressed by the morning--waiting over an hour for tow to come). I, unfortunately, took out cash that morning as I was leaving for vaca right after work. So I paid him, and in the midst of the stress, didn't think to ask him for receipt. After I got back from vaca, I called OnStar and asked why I had to pay for tow when I already pay for roadside assistance. They should I should not have been charged. When they called U Win (you sure do!!!!) They said that he did not collect any cash from me as he would have given me a receipt and since I didn't have one, that he didn't collect it!!! REALLY????...he didn't collect for company---he collected for his own pocket, so of course he would not admit to it. So people BEWARE......they have a liar and thief working for them that scams money for himself from stressed out, unfortunate people in unfortunate situations......who knows how many other people he has scammed, that has not questioned it and how many more he will try to scam. It is unfortunate and unacceptable. I WILL be contacting BBB and will put this out on all sorts of social media. If I can help one person from getting scammed by this guy at this company, my loss of $50 will not have been lost for nothing. read more

Have nothing but great things to say about this company and their employees I was waiting over 2 1/2 hours on the side of 94 waiting for AAA to send me a tow truck I ended up calling U win and my car was on a flatbed in less than 20 minutes from the time of my call. The dispatcher and the driver both contacted me and gave me updates on timeline and location and the driver was an absolute pleasure to work with once he got there. When I was on the phone with her setting up a tow I was beyond frustrated she put me on hold called the driver and got an exact time of when the driver will be there instead of making me wait for another call back. It was a great experience overall she fixed my super frustrating situation and I would totally recommend them to absolutely anyone and everyone. Not to mention they are far cheaper than anyone else I was prepared to pay out of pocket at that point and GMC roadside assistance ended up calling them after she set up my tow she called me back to let me know and also got them to pay for it.
