This company is super great! I called US Tree Service to get an estimate and they were so prompt in getting back to me. The price was amazing, and the crew very professional and top notch. Impeccable clean up! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommended. read more

I recently cut down several trees in my backyard and had a lot of brush to get rid of as well as the stumps to grind. Mike was very punctual and easy to work with throughout the process. Price seemed reasonable, they completed the job quickly and cleaned up well. Very satisfied - not sure what else you can ask for. read more

Awesome clean quick and reasonably priced! Definitely recommend to everyone!! Will use for any other tree projects.

I won't do business with any other tree company. The employees of U S Tree Service are polite, professional, and fast. They return messages quickly and show up on time and do quality work. On top of that, their prices are unbeatable. read more

Great timely service. Cleaned up well and performed job to specs. Would recommend. Crew of 4 handled job in professional manner. Respected boundaries and kept me informed of progress. Slight communication barrier fairly easily overcome. Right price. Quick work. Solid team. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE communication. Everything at the beginning went smoothly - I was quoted a very good price on my job and received fast and clear responses. I scheduled an appointment for the services a couple weeks in advance. I followed up the day before the set appointment and got a sloppy response that they would "hopefully" be able to come. Whoever is replying to emails has horrible grammar skills and was almost undecipherable. I asked if someone could call me back asap to discuss my concerns and because the lack of understanding via email, and I was told NO, they would call tomorrow before they came to my house. I then asked if I could reschedule to a different day, preferably a Saturday when I could be at my house because I was feeling uneasy about the whole the whole thing. I then got a sloppy response saying NO, and that I should find a DIFFERENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. You're really going to tell a customer who is trying to schedule your services to go to a different company?! UNBELIEVABLE. This situation is extremely unfortunate, as it looks like their services are top quality based on other reviews. But whoever is handling their customer service communication need to be FIRED because the way I was communicated with was 100% unacceptable. read more

These guys were great. They really have it down to a science. It took them 15 minutes to take down a medium sized tree. Great job cleaning up. read more

Amazing service. Very reasonable estimate, they came out in a day and got rid of a sizable pile of branches in no time for a very good price. I would highly recommend them and will use them again and again. Thanks guys, awesome job read more

Great service and fair prices. Cut down two trees and cleaned up in 90 minutes. Thank you for the service and definitely recommend U.S. Tree Service. read more

I've used their tree services several times. They do exactly what I've requested and have the most competitive prices. This is the only tree service I'll ever use. Great company! read more

Just used them to take down 2 trees. One tree (70 feet up about 10 feet off our house) and another about 50 feet (near power lines). Got both down in 3 hours and came out EARLY (1 hour)....Couldn't believe it! They were the cheapest of 4 quotes (I used Angies List for 3 other quotes). They had a crew out (5 guys), a mulcher, and a stump remover and got everything down without removing power lines, cables, and phone lines, which were right next to the tree. I was surprised as 2 other company's said they needed to call the power company and shut down power or remove the cable lines temporarily. I did bite my nails on a branch or 2, but these guys were 1) professional; 2) safe; 3) got the job done quickly. read more

This is a well run business that does good work at a competitive price. I called late on Friday afternoon. The guy came out on Sunday morning with proof of insurance and gave us a written estimate. Since it was moved very slowly and carefully the stump removal machine did not hurt the lawn one bit, and the cleanup was thorough. When the trees are leafed out we'll ask them to come back to trim two trees due to my wife's distrust of my artistic tree trimming ability. I'm a great believer in DIY since it always has the best price and the certainty that the work will be done right as well as the satisfaction of seeing the results of your labors. However, after seeing the work and the equipment required to remove our tree, I'm glad my wife talked me out of doing this job myself! read more

Fair prices and professional work. Quote for 3 major prunings and 1 tree removal was almost half as much as Care of Trees and more discount for paying with cash. Even offered to do a little extra. Crew completed job in 2ish hours and cleaned up great. read more

I highly recommend this company for any tree-related service that you need. They were friendly, on time, quick and they did an outstanding job! read more

These guys are AMAZING! I have used them twice now - both for tree removal and tree trimming. They are experts, professional, and the most affordable you will ever find. Please do not hesitate. Use them for all your tree needs. I have recommended them to others as well, who also were so happy with their work and have in turn referred them to others. Thank you US Tree Service for your great work! read more

Used this company twice and would recommend. First job we had 2 trees including the stumps removed in the front of the house. The 2nd was a larger job, 10 trees rooted from the backyard. Both jobs done with caution and clean up was excellent. Great family company with all the proper equipment and very fair pricing. read more

Back in March, my neighbors hired US Tree Service to remove a tree. During the removal process, a portion of the tree trunk was dropped on MY fence (which I have on video) by the workers. Since I have a dog, I explained to them that I needed something to be done to keep her safe inside my yard and to keep other animals out. It was my understanding that this would be a temporary solution and that I would be compensated towards a new fence or that they would fix the fence appropriately at a later date. Neither of these ever happened. Instead, they put a piece of plywood up and 2 by 4s which created too much added weight causing the fence to fall several times over the next few months.(the tree trunk took out one of the fence's post). I tried contacting the company about the incident a few weeks ago and was told by the lady who answered that her brother would be in contact with me regarding the matter. However, that also never happened. To top it off, they left the portion of the stump in my yard and the lady told me to "call another tree company or hire landscapers to remove it" as if it wasn't their problem. This company damaged my property, did not adequately replace what they broke, and to add insult to injury, refused to remove the stump/roots that they left behind which resulted in me having to hire someone else to finish their work on top of installing a new fence. read more

A good value and very efficient. Had three trees pruned, including a Walnut tree that required climbing, and four overgrown/dying trees removed and stumps ground in just over an hour. If I know it would be this easy,I would have done it a long time ago. Professional crew that cleaned up meticulously when done. read more

I used us tree service to remove a birch tree next to my house and trim a locust tree in my front yard. They provided a quote within one day of me calling (which was 2/3 the amount of a quote I received from another company) and scheduled the service the following week. They said I did not need to be home and offered a cash discount as well. Service was completed as scheduled and that evening a gentleman who only spoke a few words of English came to pick up the cash. Would recommend this company. read more

These guys are the real deal. I had their crew trim 3 large trees on my property in Lombard, IL in March 2021. They came out and quoted me about an hour after I had called for a quote request. They were able to schedule service for right away and had the job done within 3 days of quoting the project. Their pricing is outstanding. They beat 7 other quotes by at least $200 and also provided excellent service. Make sure to get a quote from this company. They went way above and beyond on their cleanup efforts and my lawn looked better when they left than it did when they started. They did a great job and cleaned the entire yard after work was completed. I highly recommend this company for tree trimming services. This company cares about the work that they perform and it was evident from the point they quoted the project all the way to the cleanup. Cannot stress this enough, MAKE SURE to get a quote from this company. Thank you to the crew. Job very well done. read more

I got quite a few estimates to take down two gnarly dead trees that were very close to both our house and pool...it was seriously a difficult job. I had an estimate within 2 hours of calling their office, and their estimate blew everyone else's out of the water!!! Because they are so busy, I did have to wait about two weeks, but for the money I saved, I was happy to do so. They showed up as scheduled and did an incredible job...fast, friendly and they they cleaned it all up PERFECTLY!! Also they are totally insured and give you a copy of their insurance coverage. Lets face it, having dead trees taken down is usually a very expensive deal and kind of a bummer to spend so much money on. But dead trees are dangerous and it just has to be done. The cost was so reasonable, that I am feeling really stupid now for all of those storms that I sweat out worried that trees were going to fall on our house! I can not recommend this company enough. I see some comments about their office being out of a home...who cares!!!? If having a home business office cuts down their costs which they pass on to their customers, why in the world would it be a problem? Also I never had any communication problems with them what so ever. I'm really glad I found these guys! read more

I used this company to remove a 40-50 ft dead ash tree in my backyard. This company was professional, on-time, and very reasonably priced. A crew of 6 guys removed the tree and ground the stump out in just under 3 hours. The yard was so clean after they left you could hardly tell that a tree had just been removed. They also had no trouble providing me with an insurance certificate upon request. I would highly recommend their service !! read more

I called many tree service companies and half of them didn't call back or come by as scheduled. US Tree service came by and not only gave me the lowest quote but said they were able to do the job in a week. They came by as scheduled and got rid of a tree and 33 bushes in an hour. I could not believe how fast they were and more than that they were professional and did a great job. read more
