Sidetracking for sake of comparison, I ordered the new Apple Watch directly from Apple. They shipped thru UPS competition. My watch came on the promised date and time, well packaged and I'm already using said watch. Now, with regard to my erstwhile new phone. Even though my delivery clearly states that delivery is to a business address, UPS gives themselves a delivery window to 9pm. At that time, I'm typically at the gym and my office lobby is closed. The only thing this place has going for it is that it has a historical marker for where Amelia Earhart took off for on her fateful flight. Sadly, it appears my phone order is in a similar limbo. Tracking the package on the ups app, it showed "Out for Delivery " yet another line item on the screen shows that it was at the UPS customer center. I don't remember what combination I pressed in their extremely customer unfriendly Voice response system because it in ear impossible to speak directly to an agent, but said agent said the package was at the Hialeah location. Off I drive to this facility and it's extremely austere waiting room only to find that my package was..NOT THERE. I try calling the 800 number again but alas no luck this time in speaking with a person. As of this moment, the app shows my order as "Information Unavailable ". Hence the 1 star review. Most people are tech savvy enough that we would use apps for a majority of dealings with a business. In my case, I only call when it's something significant. Therefore, make it easier to directly talk to an agent!

I needed help after making a mistake as it was assisted, kindly without hesitation. There was a very small fee associated, but that is common place. If you are in the need to purchase shipping materials or open a PO Box for example I highly advise you consider this location as I had a great experience here.

Sometimes it is busy and sometimes it is not, but if it is busy with a line it is due to the demand. Located very conveniently for me in Hialeah so this is my go to store.. it has a huge parking lot right outside so that's a plus too, as there is never an issue finding a space.

I needed to send a package quickly or I'd potentially get charged. This place got the job done. I do have to say though that it's unfortunate they only had one employee working for the seemingly dozen people there. The clerk told me she would only wait 5 minutes, but my daughter arrived 12 minutes later and wouldn't help me as if she would never be late to a place. The racism was noticeable. She told me to make another appointment. Despite that, I didn't say anything. I just left and wished her a good day. The most impressive thing was that the post office was empty, which is why people don't want to work. They make you make an appointment for the passport process, but they have no customers. They are empty. It is a post office where you can do the walk-in process.

This post office is the worst in any type of service. The employees at this center need to take…read moreetiquette classes. They are all so rude and disgusting. If you call their telephone number (305) 687-2484, it continuously rings/rings and shortly, goes into a busy signal. What I learned, is that they lower the volume on all of the phones, with the exception of one phone in case a Supervisor or Manager calls from the USPS postmaster. CANNOT wait until they start closing these facilities and all of the lazy ass ppl lose their jobs. After living in my neighborhood over 30 yrs - FPL contacts me to tell me that my address is wrong and they couldn't deliver my bill. When I check my address on the website (FPL) it is correct. I figured that the lazy ass POSTAL worker either put it in the wrong mailbox or simply sent it back. MIND you, it is the same carrier for over 6 yrs and she hates her job. Whatever happen to having pride in your job? For the most part, this place needs to be removed along with the lazy ass employees.
