A Recap of the last 3 visits: April Week 1 - Didn't show and when we texted to follow up said they sent out an email (they did not), they had an emergency and would be by the next day - they came +48 hours later April Week 2 - Then came 3 days later for next week's service. Pool was fine due to short turn around. Put no chemicals in and disconnected the chlorinator. We didn't see it was disconnected until it was way too late. April Week 3 - 9 days later the pool is green, they have no showed and the phone number is disconnected. At this point we tried reaching out multiple times via text, calls and email with no response. I reached out to the company they use to send service summaries, they said they had the same contact info and were also getting disconnected/no response. We are moving and selling the house. Certainly not recommending them to the next owner if they are still even in business.
