They were not the least expensive option, and they were not one of the companies that typically does pools in our area, but we really liked what we saw and heard and felt confident moving forward with them. Our goal was to have the pool completed by May. Unfortunately, there were permit issues, delays, and times when the lack of progress and communication was very frustrating. The follow up after completion could have been better. That is why I did not initially feel I could give a 5-star rating. The project was finally completed at the beginning of June. Now that it is finished, I have to say it is absolutely beautiful -- 5 STARS! Our pool was large and too deep, so we only used part of it before. Now we use 100% of the pool! We added a sun deck, benches, and water fountains, and we absolutely LOVE it! We are so happy with how everything turned out. We also really liked all of the Flagstone workers, especially JJ and his crew. They were great to work with, and we truly appreciate the work they did. In the end, we are thrilled with our beautiful new pool and are so glad we made the decision to remodel it!

Flagstone Pools is the perfect size for a pool contractor. They are big enough to have the resources and expertise to build a state of the art pool, yet small enough that you get personalized service. The design process was surprisingly easy, and Kim walks you through the paperwork. On site, you deal directly with the owners, Scott, and his son Jake, both of whom respond quickly to texts/emails and are easy to talk to in person. They oversee the whole process from start to finish. About halfway through the project, I had a long list of details that I wanted to discuss with them. I felt I was being a little too picky, but they said, "Please, we want to hear about everything - our goal is to build your dream pool". They addressed every last detail and indeed, we now have our dream pool that exceeded our expectations! They told us they would complete the pool in 6 to 8 weeks after they got the permit and all of our friends said it would never happen. Well, 6 weeks and 2 days after they started, we had water in the pool. I was pleasantly surprised when Scott personally came to the house time and time again even after the pool was completed to make sure the chemicals in the pool were at the right level, and stayed at the right level. With Flagstone Pools you get personal service, attention to detail, a beautiful design, and a quality pool for a fair price. Contact Flagstone Pools and you can have your own dream pool!

Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!
