We have used US Pak n Ship on 252 Ardice ave. In Eustis Fl. For 18-20 years. They have always been courteous and professional to us. We have never spoken with anyone that was not helpful, professional, and friendly. We have traveled all over the US and have used them exclusively for our mailbox and shipping needs. They have been invaluable to us. They forward our mail to us where ever we are. We have dropped off items for them to package and send. And have had family do the same. Too many unkind and very outdated reviews to ignore. I've been mailing many packages from this service for about 14 years...since I moved here. I've always had a positive experience, although I admit that on occasion I observed the owner being rude and abrupt with employees. Never saw that with customers directly. However, all the negative reviews may now be ignored. The owner passed away very suddenly and the long-time employees, especially Mariah and Donna, have reconstructed the atmosphere into one of happy welcoming and super helpful service. Have never had a problem, usually just go in and drop off packages. One time I ran out of tape, and couldnt get the label on, so they stuck a label holder on for free. read more

Old lady was rude and mean to teach her new lady in front of me. While she was talking the new lady how to check my mailing form and found some uncompleted in my form. She looked at her new lady and ask her... how could her new lady know my package's content. She also found I didn't sign on my form...she still face her new lady, and then told "it is obviously I'm not the person to sign. She faced to her new lady all the way and didn't look at me from the beginning to end. How rude!! Never go there again. I rather go Pak Mail Center in Mt. Dora where is friendly and profession. read more

So I've got here a few times for purchasing foxes dropping off a few items have shipped today I went in to get an item boxed. As usual very unfriendly and today downright rude. I will not go back ever. The store could certainly stand some experience customer service skills! read more

The woman that owns the place should never deal with the public. She's nasty, mean & ugly to customers. I assume she's the same with her employees. My credit card # was stolen, my card co. FedEx my replacement card "overnight". 5 days later FedEx delivered it. I did not want the credit card after it had been floating around the country for 5 days & had been opened "re-packaged." I drove the 11 miles (one way) to send it back "refused" & unopened. When I handed it to the owner. She went on a nasty, ugly, rant about how I had to "call this number & that number, then do this & do that." I said, "your sign says FedEx, that means it's your job & you can do it. You are a FedEx store." I laid it on the counter, where she wouldn't see it right away & walked out. A hour or 2 later, Ms nasty called my home & left a nasty message, about how it wasn't her job & she had to make a call to get it sent back. Some people should never deal with the public, she's one of them. I would leave a minus 5 stars if I could. If I never see her again, it'll be too soon. read more
