I was completely shocked that he would take the time to call me and reassure me that he was taking ALL my mail back to the post office so I could pick it up the next day. Sure enough I called him to just tell him I was at the post office to pick up my mail and he was more than happy to bring it down to my car, since it was a good amount of mail. What a gentleman, he was so nice and informative on what I should do to get my mail. I just want him to be acknowledged because I must be honest I had no faith in the postal service workers I had some bad experiences, but Mr. Reed changed that with his kindness. They never have enough people working and the only working man is honestly one of the sweetest employees I've ever met. He's very sweet but they need to hire 83 of him. Please hire more people at this location! It does get fairly busy after work and I went at 10:30am on a Thursday and there wasn't anyone behind the counter for 15 minutes as an associate was belong locate a package for a lady-which is so nice of him but where is everyone else?! Some people even left the line as it was so crowded and they only had a limited time frame to come here. It was that bad! I've come here before when I've had packages to just drop and I use the kiosk but this time I had to go up there personally. The man on the left always takes customer service the extra mile and makes conversation and makes the patron feel welcome, so I have no complaints about him, but they need to employ more employees to help this poor man! I can tell he loves his job and I bet there are other people out there that loves this role too, please find them! Haha
