The situation caused significant financial loss and extreme stress, affecting not only him but also his family overseas. Only after major escalation and confirmation from DHL abroad was the issue partially corrected -- clearly proving the error originated from this agent. The case has been formally escalated to multiple parties, including the Illinois Attorney General's Office, DHL offices in Florida, and DHL offices in Germany. All supporting documents and evidence have been submitted for official review. Additionally, there were serious concerns about inappropriate and potentially discriminatory remarks related to religious identity, which raises further questions about the professionalism and conduct of this location. This is not a small mistake. This is serious negligence that caused real damage. I strongly advise anyone to be extremely careful when dealing with this location.

Later, after they failed to fix it, they suddenly claimed there was water damage -- contradicting their own report. This is a common scam tactic to avoid taking responsibility for failed repairs. To make matters worse, they use cheap, non-OEM parts that aren't fully compatible with your device. After their so-called "repair," my MacBook had issues it never had before like poor touch response on the trackpad and keyboard keys being loose. When I pointed this out, the employee blamed me instead of acknowledging the poor workmanship. This place fails in every way that matters -- no professionalism, no accountability, no quality parts, and no real expertise. So, I guess "free" means $84 if you complain. The customer service people we reached after the delivery tried to gaslight us. They denied ever offering free deliveries once per quarter. When we sent the documentation, they had no explanation for why they never honored the offer they put in writing.
