US Post Office - The laziest, most rude, and most useless USPS worker in existence.

I introduce to you the LAZIEST, RUDEST, most USELESS USPS "employee" in existence. 95% of USPS…read moreemployees are useless. Is this the best you can do? Pathetic. This one, though. Worried more about her X-Men fingers than taking care of customers. Customer next to me asked a few simple questions and she refused to answer. She was rude as hell to the customers before, too. She just kept reading the prompts and didn't answer one question. Last time I was at this location, she did my certified mail. Tried to, I should say. It came back to me weeks later. During the process, I asked to confirm what she was doing was correct because it seemed off. She responded, "shut up I know what I'm doing." She's disgusting. She doesn't wear a name tag because she knows everybody will report her. Useless sack of garbage. USPS can't do any better than this? PATHETIC. She's lazy, miserable, gross, and hates her life. Why the hell is she working a counter anywhere? Scumbag. The dude next to her was nice and very helpful. Poor guy has to work with this gremlin every day. I don't know how he does it.

Missing incoming mail from this post office always involve invitations, birthday cards, anything…read morethat may look like it includes gift cards, or anything that looks like it includes payment or personal information like SS#'s, birth dates, bank information. Also, the same type of mail items get "lost" when it is outgoing; mailed from this post office. The postmaster tells me they are "sorting errors". This nefarious activity only seems to have happened in the past year.

I would NEVER step foot in this store again and I have been to this location many times before. I…read morewent in to return a package I received from Amazon because the item of clothing didn't fit. I have only once returned something from Amazon, but it was at Whole Foods as my experience there was the complete opposite. I am a senior citizen as I do not have the experience with returning items from online using my cell phone that others may have. It was a no wait situation for me as I was lucky enough to arrive at the right time so I thought. This young man motioned for me to come forward which I did. I told him what I needed to accomplish. Opened Amazon on my phone and still couldn't manage to find what I was trying to do. He saw I was in need of help, politely asked for his help but refused to offer any real assistance. Basically ignoring my pleas for help. He spoke softly and I couldn't hear nor understand what he wanted me to do. He then tells me to "Stop playing me". I couldn't believe what I heard. I raised my voice and basically reminded him I'm the customer and needed his help. Then he went over to the copy machine, I needed two health insurance cards copied. Feeling bad I scolded him for his poor customer service, I gently touched his left shoulder and he snaps at me, "Don't touch me!" Sorry I am old school but I meant no harm. I was making him uncomfortable, he claimed. This guy is not ready for prime time nor stable enough to deal with the public. He couldn't even use the copy machine correctly the first time. Ironically, I then went to the Dollar Tree and held the door open for a Black gentleman as he was exiting the store. In gratitude, the man placed his hand on my left shoulder as a gesture of kindness for holding the door open for him. The contrast between the older and new generation is quite telling. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE go into that UPS store EVER AGAIN. I will not be insulted, nor will my dignity be challenged. NEVER AGAIN!

Honestly if there is one company that needs to go out of business it's the dang UPS company I had…read moreto packages say delivered at front door I go and check and NOTHING I track the package and I get this gem of a picture and like wtf at least Amazon takes the picture of the deck or door before knocking and even then I got rip off by my neighbor because of that but at least I knew who to go after then I don't know what to do I guess just lose out because they make you jump through hoops even though I am the one with the tracking number what's the point of having that if that number isn't what you have to verify when you get the bloody package oh yeah let's just give a bunch of loops with a pen that totally means that was the one who ordered it yep looks legit to me I would honestly rather deal with the USPS instead of UPS they are a joke but even then at this point I wouldn't be surprised to find out if they were all owned by the same person this is all a joke. If I could I would leave NO Stars!
