I would NEVER step foot in this store again and I have been to this location many times before. I went in to return a package I received from Amazon because the item of clothing didn't fit. I have only once returned something from Amazon, but it was at Whole Foods as my experience there was the complete opposite. I am a senior citizen as I do not have the experience with returning items from online using my cell phone that others may have. It was a no wait situation for me as I was lucky enough to arrive at the right time so I thought. This young man motioned for me to come forward which I did. I told him what I needed to accomplish. Opened Amazon on my phone and still couldn't manage to find what I was trying to do. He saw I was in need of help, politely asked for his help but refused to offer any real assistance. Basically ignoring my pleas for help. He spoke softly and I couldn't hear nor understand what he wanted me to do. He then tells me to "Stop playing me". I couldn't believe what I heard. I raised my voice and basically reminded him I'm the customer and needed his help. Then he went over to the copy machine, I needed two health insurance cards copied. Feeling bad I scolded him for his poor customer service, I gently touched his left shoulder and he snaps at me, "Don't touch me!" Sorry I am old school but I meant no harm. I was making him uncomfortable, he claimed. This guy is not ready for prime time nor stable enough to deal with the public. He couldn't even use the copy machine correctly the first time. Ironically, I then went to the Dollar Tree and held the door open for a Black gentleman as he was exiting the store. In gratitude, the man placed his hand on my left shoulder as a gesture of kindness for holding the door open for him. The contrast between the older and new generation is quite telling. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE go into that UPS store EVER AGAIN. I will not be insulted, nor will my dignity be challenged. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Dropped off a package to the Highland UPS on Monday 5/5/25, and the Store Manger was very helpful, patient, and sweet, she waited for me to find something and even made small talk while I searched without feeling rushed, she even helped me with the wifi when my phone was moving slowly. I was their today and received the best service. I was in parking lot and called the store. I'm in a wheelchair and needed help carrying a big box, oh my gosh the came to my car got the box and told me to stay in car and she would bring the receipt back out to me. I went in today because I needed a long box to ship a shade for repair. Tina and the others working with her were so helpful working together to find a box that would work for me. Tina even cut and taped things up just to make sure my shade fit perfectly in the box. Nice to have employees who really care about their job! read more

Great UPS shipping store! I am an Amazon seller and I can drop off prepaid boxes here and get them scanned in with a receipt in just a few minutes of time. You can drop off Amazon returns here and they will tape up and label your box for you. You can ship any package here and they will tell you the best, most economical way to ship it. IF you don't have a box, they have boxes you can buy. Awesome tracking, good handling -- get your packages there before 6PM and they go out the same day. I ordered something by using amazon prime, it supposed to be delivered to me by two days, but now it has been a week and I sill haven't received my package. Ups came to my apartment once on Friday, I missed them because I was at work. They only tried once, then I have to go get it at ups pick up store. I thought ups has longer working hours on Saturday, but when I went to the store yesterday at 2:30pm, they already closed. Also closed on Sunday. The ups delivery is not designed for people who needs to work from Monday to Friday from 9-6! Only for people who can stay at home all the time and waiting for the package.... read more

I took a framed photo of about 11x17 to the Highland UPS store thinking they could package and ship it reasonably. Was I wrong! The clerk quoted me a price of $44 for packing and delivery in "about a week." She even claimed their rates were lower than the Post Office. Fibber! No thanks. I went to the Munster IN post office, took a Medium Box off the shelf, bought some bubble wrap and the friendly clerk provided tape and scissors. Here's the kicker -- total cost is $17 and it's due to arrive in just 3 days. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been using this location for the last two years to mail my ebay items. I have never had a problem before yesterday which is why I am giving it 2 stars otherwise 1 star would be generous. Lori was the person behind the counter and I felt like she did not want my business and would prefer I left her store so here is a review for being so rude! From the minute I walked in, no smile just a monotone what can I do for you. I handed her a phone and charger and told her I already paid for shipping and handed her a label but that I was concerned that the label would not cover the actual shipping price, the label was for an item 5 ounces or less and the phone was about 1 pound, should be a simple answer right? She says to me um noo your item probably wont ever make it to where you want it to go OR it might get sent back to you and you will have to resend it. THEN she tells me I should leave and go to the Post office. So she tried twice to turn away my business in the first minute of speaking to her. THEN I said to her I just want to mail this phone can you do that for me? She says yes I can but its going to be expensive. By this time I was just pissed so I handed her my card and said just get it there. She charged me $20! To ship a small phone and charger to Florida, I looked at my receipt and she charged me for the biggest box and some "mat" I guessing goes in the box and she charged me an extra $4 for packaging DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE POST OFFICE I learned my lesson, sometimes when people are having a bad day they will take it out on others, hopefully they are not your paying customers who like to write reviews!!! read more
