If I could give zero stars I would... they completely fu**ed me over. Went in with a starter issue…read moreluckily after driving the truck from Orlando back to Gainsville the DAY before, went home went to school got to apartment the next day bam starter went out. Didn't think much of it they "replaced" it in a couple of hours the day after. Go to pick the truck up and the thing won't even start. Im furious as why would you give me a truck with a starter issue that still doesn't start when you give it back. Older guy walks me to my truck "cranks" the truck by stepping on BRAKE AND GAS at the same time presses on button and bam white smoke projecting everywhere. That was never an issue owening my truck as I drive from Granville to Ft. Lauderdale, Melbourne, fort myers, all over Florida literally with no issue. They said it would take about a week to fix, said they would get it in the day after which was a Thursday, didn't start on it till the following Monday. "Oh we have to ship out your headers to make sure they aren't worn" doesn't do it until that following Thursday and then have to wait till Monday to hear again. Mind you this has been two weeks always telling me it'll take a couple more days and pushing the date back. Next thing was, it was supposed to be done the DAY before spring break where I live in Fort Lauderdale 4:30 hours away. Tell me to come in at three, then oh come in at 6. I'm on my way to pick up my truck and get a call, it won't be done till next Monday. Another cherry on top. So guess what had to bus home and waited another TWO weeks for my truck to be done only to get it in a condition that was worse. I have rock light in my wheels and guess what I found out they screwed that up too. I have pictures of before and after, before my lights worked, now none of them do. I have black wires dangling from the bottoms of my truck from them trying to rewire it all which means they screwed that up and lied to me about it. NEVER once told me about the rewire of the truck which obviously contributed to the delay of my trucks return. They were never honest and screwed everything up only for none of it to work. My starter to this day still goes in and out and sometimes doesn't start my truck. Please stay away from this place. Not to mention a year before that, owned a BMW that the front right axel came off. The repaired it quickly only for three days later it to basically come off again and they told me "oh yeah we found a screw that wasn't tightened all the way". This is by far the worst experience I've had at a place and trust me when I say IVE HAD PLENTY. Genuinely lucky I didnt report them to the BBA or anything like that. Please stay away.

We hired this company to fix the hydraulic system on our RV for us. They found the problem quickly, actually knew what the issue most likely was from the start. They ordered the parts for us and as soon as the parts came in, they had the RV ready the next day for us. The knowledge of the people you will work with will impress you. Their communication is on point, the moment they find something out they will tell you right away. Given all of the work, time, and effort that went into fixing our (very messy) hydraulic system -- the pricing was extremely fair. We could not thank this company enough for doing the best job to help us get back into the RV! To all the staff -- you guys are great. Thank you for everything!!

Recently had our car towed by this company. Based on the name you would think this place would be a…read morelittle bit welcoming, right. Small tow hospitality right? Wrong. The owner is extremely rude, hates answering questions. Someone who owns a towing business should expect customers to be a little distraught seeing as their situation probably isn't a good one. We got stuck 3 miles from their shop and we were charged 260 for the tow, I don't care about that though. I know owning a business is rough and prices are prices, but when my girlfriend asked for a reciept for the services rendered, he looked directly at her and said "I ain't even talking to you, I'm talking to him". He was referring to me. Blatantly disrespecting her and myself for about the 5th time, which was the last straw for me. We went out back and I wasn't sure what was going to happen. I realize it's his property, I didn't totally lose my cool. I said theirs no need to be rude or disrespectful, you own a towing company sir, your a 45 year old man if you can't handle a 19 year old girl asking questions you don't need to be here. He basically replied like a child trying to get on my side "but man, did you see? she was attacking me about my prices". I said I don't care, that's my girlfriend, your customer, watch what you say, he gave me a mean stare and went back inside and had somewhat of an attitude change when he walked out, he realized he couldn't bully a girl for fun. I work with the public on a daily basis myself, if a customer isn't happy with your prices you politely explain the situation surrounding the prices, and represent yourself in the best possible light. I would never blatantly disrespect anyone, especially not an upset 19 year old girl who just had her car damaged by a deer, and especially not in front of their boyfriend or husband. That's not how you treat the people who put food on your plate, but some people forget it's the customers that bring the cash to their dinner table. Rude from the moment we walked in, he laughed at my girlfriend when she was distraught about the whole situation, than blatantly disrespected her and myself. He is nothing but a bully and he would have continued to be a bully had I not put him in his place. He reminds me of someone who is deeply dissatisfied with how his life has turned out, so he takes it out on others(only the ones who will let him, like most bullies). As soon as this guy locks your car behind his shop, your his to torment. I only had the car stored for one day. I payed him in full the day after it got their. You expect help from a towing company. If your not good at holding your temper, don't go there. I'm not one of those ignorant people that go searching for trouble, I have a name in my local area as a professional. I've NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BEEN TREATED SO DISRESPECTFULLY ANYWHERE. Ignorance, bigotry, disrespect, possibly a criminal charge(depending on temper) they've got it all at good ol CountryMan Towing
