Lucinda called me while I was travelling to the west coast to let me know of the storm, and that she was stuck at home, unable to assist with our picking up the truck. She even went so far as to leave her personal cell phone number for me to call her back. We are a couple weeks out from that phone call and I finally got around to rescheduling our family member's cross-country move. I spoke with Lucinda today and she rescheduled us with the same pricing options and even is making arrangements for us to come back for our car dolly after the location is closed. Great customer service and extremely pleased with how this move is working out due to Lucinda's assistance.

They close at 7pm. I got there at 7:03. I didn't know when they closed. That's just when I happen to get there. Anyhow, no big deal. The doors were locked and I couldn't figure out where to drop off the keys. Their were employees inside. I was trying to get some help. They finally yelled at me to go to the side of the building away from the front door. I went over there and found the drop box. That's all fine, but it wasn't that easy to figure out. The drop box should be next to the front doors or at least something explaining and pointing where to go. I purposely went and looked for something explaining or pointing that way. Nothing. This could be an easy remedy. Just saying.

I stopped in to ask if they had a car hauler that would work with my combination of vehicles. The…read moreyoung man behind the counter asked me what kind of vehicle I was towing with and what kind of vehicle I was towing. I answered his questions, and he never asked if there was anything aftermarket on the vehicle that was going on the trailer. I don't know what size the trailers are or what the specs are, so I assumed if that was relevant information he would've asked for it. I rented the trailer, took it home, and tried to load my vintage blazer, and it was too wide to fit. Oh well, likely my mistake. I took the trailer back to the office and ask them to cancel the reservation, which they did, but then I wanted to return the hitch and adapter that I had to by in order to use the trailer they told me would work, and they said that they could not be returned since they had been used. For about 20 minutes, to take an empty trailer to my house and back in order to discover that it didn't fit the way they promised it would. I get that I could have volunteered that the Blazer had larger tires, but again, I'm not the trailer expert and I wasn't aware this was going to be relevant information. I get that they don't want used equipment to be returned, but it was used for 15 minutes. So now I'm out 50 bucks worth of equipment I don't need, to pull a trailer that doesn't fit, and it has cost me in an hour and a half of my day when the question I asked was, "do you have a solution that will work for me?"

In May of 2025, I made an online reservation. I received an email from Bryson Dizon and a follow-up call from him confirming my reservation. He was very helpful, and my experience was great. He explained how the lift gate worked and was friendly and personable. In July of 2025, I called to make the reservation. Bryson was again very helpful in getting my reservation scheduled. Based on the great experience, I would highly recommend using Enterprise as a go-to for truck rental. Dede Jordan Lebanon, Oregon

You think a simple call could have been made to inform us. After talking to a customer service agent then a supervisor named Andrew we were informed, "a reservation with a confirmation number doesn't guarantee a truck will be available." They were very nice to offer us the same size moving truck for $150.00 more. Shady business practice!! We simply asked for them to honor our original price and we would change our date. I was told by their competition who earned our business that this is a common business practice with Budget. They knew who I originally booked the moving truck with without asking.
