Just about every time I've been here people simply leave their unwanted items.
Levi J.

I've been here several times and the workers have always been very helpful! Payments can be made online either automatically withdrawn or manually monthly. There are carts in order to assist in moving items readily available at the entrance right next to where people discard their unwanted items. If your looking for either storage or moving they link local moving services in the website in the area! For all your moving needs this is the place to check out!

Incompetent management of a business. Will answer positively to any question asked until paperwork…read moreis complete and will then contact you and tell you the request is not possible/ not handled that way.

These guys provided us with great customer service! I know this is a mini storage location but they…read morealso rent out vans from this location. We reserved 2 vans for our wedding party to have the day of the wedding (because renting these vans was WAY cheaper than a party bus or limo!) and we requested white vans which they couldn't promise but they did put notes on file "white preferred for wedding party" which was nice. We ended getting 1 silver and 1 white which was not a big deal to us since silver is just as nice as white for a wedding party. We did, however, end up with the older vans instead of the newer, nicer vans which wasn't a big deal to me still as long as the air worked during the humid July heat, and the vans were white (or silver) and weren't dirty inside or would break down while we used them. With that said, one of the vans had a problem with the seat belt dinger going off every 2 minutes... quite annoying. The other van also had a problem that made it annoying to drive (can't remember what the problem was since the boys drove it). Since we didn't get the chance to allow Metro Truck Rental to correct/swap out the vans (Murphy's Law took effect on our wedding eve right after the sun rose and the roosters crowed so we picked our vans up 4-5 hours late), so my [now] husband explained these annoyances to the guys upon returing the vans back to the 100 Metro Pkwy location and they gave us a credit for 1 of the 2 days we rented the vans for! We weren't expecting a credit but were just trying to let them know what they needed to fix on their vans. Now that is great customer service. Will definitely use them again if need be and recommend them going foward. :)

I hired this company to support a local business. we had to change to them moving in two days to…read morefit it in one day when I found out they wouldn't arrive until after we had to give up possession one the house, and I asked several times to make sure they had enough time and crew to move out by then and I was assured it was plenty of time. He informed me that he would be arriving later but that his crew would be there to begin. That's when things went wrong and only got worse. Two crew members came in the house and my husband showed them where things were, everything in boxes and furniture items. They smelled very strongly of marijuana like they had just smoked it before they arrived, and after the 3 men moved a couple boxes from the 3rd floor of the townhouse, they stopped working and stood around for almost an hour. I started becoming concerned about them not working and not moving out in time for us to be able to close on the house and when I went outside, I heard the 3 of them talking on the phone saying they didn't know there was 3 floors, one guy complained he wasnt getting paid enough for this move and that the boxes were heavy despite my husband offering them to use his handtruck to move the heavy items. The one crew member only moved a few boxes and then sat at the end of the truck the entire time, not even packing the truck and told my husband there was no way they'd be done by 2:30. I began texting the owner my concerns and he said he would straighten things out when he arrived. The two men continued to do very little, taking more breaks than working, and with time running out and most of the house to move, I began quickly moving everything I could myself. This continued for the next hour and I had moved more than twice the amount of items than any of the workers when I watched them drag a big piece of furniture across the floor- they did not attempt to lift it together but instead pushed it until one said it was beginning to "catch" and they grabbed a moving blanket to finish moving it. I then noticed they had left a 3 1/2 foot long double scratch in the floors and took a picture and let the owner know. He said he would handle it and get on them to move faster. When he finally arrived an hour before I was to leave to close on the house, he gave a few instructions to them and he basically moved the rest of the house along with myself, the two of us doing 90% of the work but I wound up paying for 4 men an hour. I barely made it to the closing, leaving them with only a few items to move out in time, and was drenched in sweat when I arrived at the closing. They wound up getting the move into the new house done with a 5th crew member, but my husband said they had broken our end table/dog kennel and the leg on our dryer and that the owner stated he would fix the 3 1/2 foot gouge in the floors. They finished moving the furniture into the new house and even though my husband said there would be a negotiation and a discounted rate, I was asked to pay the remaining amount of the entire quote minus only $100 for only the dog kennel end table and with thw owner and one of the other movers standing there waiting, I didn't know what else to do but pay. There was a lot of furniture that was moved into the garage and we did not get to the dryer or the bookcase right away, but when my husband tried putting the leg back on the dryer because we were selling it, it was too broken and we had to reduce the price we sold it for because of the broken leg, and when he finally had access to his tools and we were able to move enough into the house to get to the bookcase to find out it was beyond repair from the movers breaking it, I reached out to the owner. I said that normally with as bad of an experience we had with myself doing most of the work, several pieces of furniture being broken, and the movers damaging the floors because they refused to move the item properly, I'd leave a bad review but I wanted to work things out amicably and asked to be compensated $150 to replace the bookshelf and for the money we had to deduct from the sale of the dryer because the leg was broken. He read my message but did not reply until I had to reach out again and his response was that he would buy a new dryer leg but since it was almost two weeks later he couldn't know if the bookcase was broken by the movers or not and that he's sorry we had a bad experience but they are normally not like that. Not only did we pay 3 men who did less than hours worth of work mall together durning the 3 1/2 hours it took to move out of the house the full pay for those hours despite myself doing most of the work, they did not fix the floor and now refuse to pay for the two other pieces of furniture they broke and will not respond to further communication. Very unethical and unprofessional, workers high on drugs, I paid full price for them to not do anything, and owner refuses to pay for broken furniture.

Very disappointed with this company, to say the least. We hired them to move us in February, and…read moreit's been trouble ever since. The workers were fine, polite, and worked at a great pace, but they scratched the halls in our new home in several places, smoked marijuana at the home we were moving from, and destroyed our daughter's vanity. I called Jim, who was the one who gave us our quote and set everything up, and all he did was send someone out to spackle the walls. He eventually asked for a link to the vanity so he could purchase another one, but after attempting to follow up with him he has completely ghosted us. I have been calling several times a week for a couple of months now, leaving a voicemail every time, and he still won't call me back. To make matters worse, the one time I did get him on the phone to follow up with the wall repairs he had a smart mouth and mocked my impatience with him. We had spoken to other realtors before our move saying they have a horrible reputation, but we didn't believe it at the time because up to that point they had been very professional, but that all changed once they got our business. If you value your furniture and don't want to work with a coward that runs from accountability, definitely try someone else. There are plenty of other movers out there.
