His office staff we're extremely Pleasant and diligent in responding to my request in a prompt Manor in all reality I couldn't ask for better service on the phone compared to the other options I spoke to that day. But a big feather in their cap is their drivers. Their drivers are extremely skilled and knowledgeable unlike many other companies which have drivers that fall back to this type of job. Plus I have never seen cleaner trucks. If they take that much pride in their appearance you know they will take pride in their service and how they treat their customers. . I had to push my car south on telegraph and that was the first drive I came too, it was 88 degrees and I couldn't push anymore, so to get it off the main road I pushed it just inside their driveway. (I drive a tiny Toyota) The woman, whom I believe lived/owned this storage place, walked over to me and VERY RUDELY wanted to know just how long I'd be there, not oh I'm sorry is there anything I can do to help, just when will you move I have people with RV's that need to get out. It was just very sad to me that she had no empathy or care other than how much of a burden my car was. I was rudely asked if AAA was on the way. At that point they weren't but I did call and they said it could be up to an hour and a half. Luckily they came quick and ingot out of her precious driveway. I hope she doesn't run her business the same way because she was very rude and uncaring of another human being who clearly was having a rough moment. What goes around comes around.
