The guys seem friendly & alright (only had to speak with them face to face twice). The storage itself is well maintained, clean, secure & easy to navigate...all which are personally my biggest concerns with a storage place. The moving truck they give you to use is nice & new which no other storage place I shopped at gives you one upon rental. Overall, I've been very satisfied & never had to worry about my stuff...which should be a given with any competent storage facility. Pros: CLEAN FREE use of a moving truck when you move in. Payments can be done over the phone, automatic, or online. CLIMATE-CONTROLLED GREAT rates compared to what else I checked out there. Cons: Access Hours are only 6am-10pm, which isn't TOO bad...but I'm a night owl. :)

I would strongly recommend avoiding renting a storage unit from this business unless it's for a…read morevery short term (1-2 months) and part of a promotional deal. Their pricing practices are concerning, as they significantly increase rates after any promotional period or originally agreed-upon rate ends. As someone who has rented several storage units across the country during military service, college, and job relocations, I've encountered both good and bad experiences. While this facility is new, clean, and staffed with friendly front-desk employees, the general management appears focused on maximizing profits at the expense of long-term customers. They frequently advertise low promotional rates online to attract new customers but raise prices steeply for existing tenants. My wife and I rented a 5x10 unit three years ago on a promotional deal for around $69 per month. After the promotion ended, our rate increased to $89. Over time, we received emails notifying us of further rate hikes: first to $139, then to $179. Meanwhile, as of January 2, 2025, the same "Premium" 5x10 units were advertised on their website for a regular rate of $83, with a promotional offer of two months at half price. This means we were paying more than double the advertised regular rate for the same type of unit. We reached out to management, pointing out that as loyal customers of three years, we were paying far more than even the regular advertised rate. Despite this, their response was to offer a $30 discount--still substantially higher than the listed rate for new customers. While the facility itself is well-maintained and convenient, these pricing practices make it difficult to recommend this business for long-term storage needs.

**Updated** False…read moreadvertising. My wife and I went down here to look at a 5x5 unit because they had a promo of $29/month plus first full month is free. We made in online reservation for Tuesday 11/15 and even had 2 phone calls confirming. When we got there, they couldn't find our reservation at all and didn't even know we we had an appt on 11/14 to look at the unit. But the big issue is that after the first full 2 months the price goes back to $49/month. No where online did it say that the price would go back to that, from the promo price. So after seeing that online and talking to 2 separate people on the phone we thought we would get the promo price for the duration of our rental. The only reason we figured it out RIGHT BEFORE SIGNING was because we asked again about the price in person. This is such false advertising and disappointing. In addition, the employee didn't even offer to work anything out. They have lost our business and respect. Update: The day after posting our review we were personally contacted by the property manager. He apologized for our negative experience and offered to make things right. He was straight forward with us and understood our concerns. Since he was willing to correct things and treated us with respect, we decided to give West Coast Storage a second chance. So far it has been a good experience and the facility is very clean. I am happy that the property manager is a stand up individual and did the right thing. Based of our interaction with Raul, I would recommend renting here.

While there was a small hiccup during pickup, my service advisor immediately jumped into action and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout goes to Jason Lee, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. A dealership had left a sticker on my car more than two years ago, and despite my many unsuccessful attempts to remove it, Jason graciously took care of it for me. It's that level of service and attention to detail that sets Caliber apart. Caliber even coordinated with Enterprise to pick me up so I could get my rental car, making an already stressful situation much easier. This experience turned me into a raving fan.
