On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

I clicked the button to get an estimate and it schedule an appointment instead. I then had to call to get my price estimate and then cancel this appointment that I never wanted in the first place. And then the cherry on top, I am now getting spammed text messages asking how the appointment process was, and to rate them. So here's your raiting. They arrived within the allotted time slot and got the job done in about an hour. Had a huge, heavy and old 36 inch TV that is just a beast to move. Took four people to move it the last time and these two guys pulled it off by themselves up a stairway. Bravo, fellas! I applaud you. They charge by how full the truck gets plus recycling fees for certain items such as mattresses and TV's. $29 for a mattress and up to $89 depending on the size the TV. $89 for my old junker. No complaints on the pricing from me. So happy to be rid of that antiquated, useless piece of garbage. Can't recommend them highly enough!
