The Mac and cheese was creamy and tasty however I wish they advertised it as spicy. Maybe I missed that but I was surprised it was! The elote was also pretty good. I have been coming to Tyrol for upwards of 15+ years. I actually learned how to ski/snowboard here first. Being conveniently located from Madison makes it more easier to visit and practice, especially during the weekday when there are different specials going on! Parking is good with a overflow parking right across the street. Also to note, service is spotty there. I always rent equipment and have never had any big issues. Quality and upkeep is pretty good. The prices can get high on the weekends, but usually specials on the weekdays. This resort has no frills and extra fancy things, just a spot to do some shredding. The lodge is very snack and like stadium food setting. I will say depending on the season and snow trend, the slopes can get pretty icy, but overall the hills are well maintained. The 'beginners' slope is pretty good for practicing and you can get up and down fast with the conveyor belt railing. The trails in general are on the shorter side but are still challenging and diverse for all levels. read more

I grew up skiing here. Was on the club ski team and my high school ski team. Went tubing today at Tyrol and was my first time tubing at Tyrol and it was so much fun! I would do it again! My friend from Florida was visiting and wanted to go snow tubing and she also enjoyed it! They should have lights at the bottom of the ski hill and more staff working outside at the tubing hill up the hill and down the hill. Only one staff member total. read more

Went here to try out snowboarding for the first time! The cost is kind of expensive ($100 including rentals) but the service was great. We originally signed up to ski, but decided to switch to snowboarding and that was no problem to the staff. The hills were nice and well taken care of. We had a great time on the few runs we tried. Of note, the parking situation is awful and not the easiest to maneuver. They do have a store that they don't really advertise which has things like mittens, goggles, and more if you forget stuff! They also have a restaurant that plays fantastic music but is way too small for the amount of folks that want to drop in for a quick snack/drink. The food and beer options were good. The bathrooms could stand to be cleaner as well. Overall great experience, we would go back and try out the tubing! read more

Tyrol is an OK ski place, but it is SOOOOO busy. There are always lines for the ski lift and magic carpet and you have to wait a few minutes sometimes before it is finally your turn. It is also kind of far away from everything. Oh, and the gravel parking lot is really badly designed! Please: re-do your parking lot this summer, Tyrol!! Never heard of this ski resort before this month. Hubby joined a ski group in IL and we purchased tickets for the two of us on the last Saturday in January. The day of the big snow storm. Just under a two hour drive from our part of IL and this little hidden gem was a fun way to ski away the winter blues. Having just skied out in Salt Lake City, this resort has very short ski runs but there's something for everyone. Three ski lifts that can hold up to three passengers in each seat take you up to the top and from either lift A, B, or C you will find green, blue, black and yellow (tree routes). Two Swiss chalets down at the bottom of the mountain for eating, restrooms, sitting and resting, or people watching. There was a race on one of the hills that day for young kids. If this is your first time, there's ski lessons available and a special area for you on the far left side of the ski lifts. Nice that they keep the newbies separated from the rest of the skiers until the newbies gain confidence and experience on the bunny hill. read more

first they had no indicators that the resort was gonna close 2 hours early. I even went and checked after and on the website it clearly said to 10am to 9pm but it was really to 7pm so i got to do only three runs. Next, the worker in the shop was just so rude for no reason he seemed to have anger issues. he yelled at other people for saying the snow was bad, he was passive aggressive too everyone he gave a rental, and he yelled and cussed at me for putting the board on the ground when he mumbled for me not too and I couldn't make out what he said at all. Lastly, the snow was so trash that I couldn't do a single run without catching an edge and couldn't go double digit speed on a snowboard on any of the runs. Ok, this is not a major ski resort, but, a it's only a short drive from Madison and communities west of Madison to a nice little hill with 3 chairlifts and a magic carpet. You can ski until 9 pm, so getting some runs in after work is totally doable. Their Double Black Diamond, expert ski runs would be Blue Square intermediate at larger resorts, so don't expect steep challenging runs for expert skiers here. What you should expect is a family friendly, affordable ski area and that's what you get. They have good snow making capability, so you should have nicely groomed runs and also a terrain park for the snowboarders and freestyle skiing. Other activities offered here include tubing, cocktails, good selection of beer on tap and in bottles, and food in the restaurant. Insider tip: on Tuesdays you can ski fir $20! read more

There were multiple families with kids there and it seemed to be like a good place for kids to run around outside! My husband and I agreed the smoked pork was alright. We came here with a large group. The resort was really out of the way and they only had three ski lifts. We rode lift B the most. Lift C was the one we did not like, as you come off this lift the ramp is extremely steep and icy. Both myself and my wife had falls coming off the lift. While it had some decent hills available, this lift made us not want to go on those hills any longer.We do not live near this resort and probably will not return. read more

I had fun during my first experience skiing and my first time visiting Tyrol Basin! If you're a beginner: If you're like me and are a total beginner, TB is perfect. I spent almost all day on the two first small runs right at the very front, riding the magic carpet up to the top of the hills. I did try a more difficult run -- Sutter's Ridge, I think -- which I found incredibly tricky. Also, since TB is relatively low-priced, it's a great place to go to figure out skiing. With the helmet, equipment and lift pass, I paid $50 total for the day. I thought this was perfect. Other nearby ski resorts, like Cascade Mountain, charge a lot more -- the same experience/equipment at Cascade would be $100/person. As a beginner, I wouldn't have known the difference, so the small size of TB and the low cost is great for beginners. Rental facility: This place has room for improvement. It does not smell good, but I think that's typical. Also, the lockers there are very gross -- the bottom of each locker is full of rust! I have to stick my purse and shoes in there?! The bathroom/refreshments in the rental facility could use some help. With potentially hundreds of people out on the slopes at one time, the single-person bathrooms just don't cut it. There should be bigger bathrooms with multiple stalls in each. Also, a vending machine or a small bar where you can grab a Gatorade or a little snack would be nice inside the rental facility. There is a drinking fountain, but I would have liked something a little more substantial. I realize I could have gone into the restaurant area in the next building, but in the middle of skiing, I would rather just have a quick drink and a protein bar. Less-crowded time: Visit TB on a weekday during the day. We arrived at TB on a Friday around 11am. There was barely anyone there. We left around 5pm, and that was right around the time that several school buses started to show up. Before I went inside the rental facility to return my equipment, I watched one of the TB staff members create a queue line for the chair lift. I was incredibly excited for my very first experience skiing. My family and I purchased our tickets at the window, they handed them to us and we went in to get our gear on. The gentlemen that handed us out equipment was so incredibly nice and offered us some tips. We went out to try to ski and after I fell and couldn't get up for what felt like an eternity, I realized it wasn't going to be for me, at least not without an instructor to help guide me. My husband had already given up before I even made it out to the ice, so we went inside and the guy behind the equipment counter suggested we ask if they could switch it to tubing tickets. That would be the end of any relevance of a happy experience. We explained our situation and she stated that there were no refunds, which we responded that we weren't asking for a refund, but to go tubing instead of just throwing $340 down the drain. She called for the manager, at which point my husband said to me, "Don't worry, we'll just charge it back and leave them a bad review." The manager came out from the back and rather loudly said "you can just leave and get off of the property" and immediately called for someone on the walkie talkie. I had already decided to go grab our children ages 24 and 17 and leave. But as a was walking out a guy shoved past me and through the door, I quickly turned and went back in to see my husband recovering from being shoved into a display rack and the person I now know to be the owner screaming profanities and saying something along the lines of "do you feel like a big man being aggressive to women?!? Now you're going to pay for damaging all of that merchandise", to my husband. At no point had either of us been in any way aggressive. He then blocked the doorway and told my husband he wasn't going anywhere. I immediately decided to call the police and start recording. The owner continued to scream and call my husband, degrading names, saying some of the most ruthless and disgusting things I have ever heard. (Loudly in front of all of the other patrons) He said he could make up whatever he wanted, and the cops would believe him over us. The police came out, and we were told that the owner said he couldn't provide the audio for the camera footage it only showed the attack on my husband, which he sustained injuries from. We are awaiting the results of their investigation. When we left him a 1 star review, he immediately responded by making things up in an attempt to excuse and justify his violent behavior. Thank goodness I have the recording of the owner saying all those things, or else my husband might have wrongfully gone to jail. I hope and pray that justice prevails and this abusive bully of a man gets recognized for what he truly is. read more

The owners response to completely screwing up my service was to curse me out for occupying his employees time to remedy the situation. I tried reaching out with polite criticism of service I'd received and got an immature, unprofessional response from owners. I suggested I might leave a negative review and the owner tried to threaten me, and ridiculously accused me of lying about what I'd experienced. They need to grow up and accept that sometimes the customers who pay very high prices (too much for the size of the ski and quality of the ski hill, I'd argue) will sometimes have negative feedback. read more

The last time I visited Tyrol, I was a kid and all I remembered was the old school lodge. In my mind, I pictured 5 runs, though they now have 20+ trails to explore. Even with the limited snow this season and all the warm weather, it looked like they had about 90% of their runs open AND a run with moguls. When I skied there, the weather hit 60 degrees briefly but stayed in the 50s for most of the day. This made the snow slower and slushier than usual. I stayed on the far West side of the... basin. This was far from the many terrain parks and had the more challenging runs. Also, I was lucky enough to be there on a day that was a little slower and pretty much had Double Diamond and Yodeler to myself. Oh, and no lift lines! As for the location of Tyrol Basin itself, it's close to Madison (closer than Cascade and offers a comparable experience... even better for those that like terrain parks). Instead of taking the highway, you are on country roads, driving past farms and eventually traveling on dirt roads. It feels like it's in the middle of nowhere and it pretty much is. There's really no reason to go to Mt. Horeb (in my opinion) other than for Tyrol Basin. They had enough parking for busy days, all dirt lots and some narrow alleys to get through. The lodging, I didn't spend too much time in it but it was like I remembered, 'old fashioned' and a little run down (in the cafe). The cafe only accepted cash, the kitchen took credit. Their bubbler was out of order so they offered free water near it, which was empty when I got to it. The overall skiing experience was a lot better than I expected for a small hill. They offered variety and the lift attendants were friendly and helpful. They maintained the runs well and marked potential hazards efficiently. They also stay open until 9pm (I believe they close the West half of the hill), which allows for night skiing. Worth the trip. read more

My experience at Tyrol Basin was nothing short of exceptional making me feel extremely at home in an area rumored to house gnomes. The slopes made me feel like a gold medal-winning slaloming beast of a man. Every run was delicately crafted through a gorgeous southern Wisconsin forest that had almost a mythical feel to the air, and the gear shop was small yet cozy feeling reminding me of southern France. The chalet felt extremely old which was refreshing for a new skiier like me, it almost gave me an odd yet slightly comfortable feeling of deja-vu. My only complaint with the chalet was the steep oak staircase that I almost fell down while wearing 28.5 ski boots. I mean can we please get a sign or something?! After shredding gentle ben for a couple of hours in the morning, my Lutheran priest and I went inside to feast on some tasty Mt. Horeb-inspired cuisine. It was a great experience even if a prefer having the snow on the board and skies instead of my face. It may have been one of the best experiences in my life, the bathrooms were so clean I felt like I could lick the toilet clean. Everyone was so kind except this one kid who hurt my feelings, made me cry ngl. as the trip came to a end i felt homely at tyrol basin just like a air bnb would be. i felt like a man in a snowglobe enjoying the perfect time. read more

This is the closest skiing/snowboarding area to Madison. The hills aren't great, but it gets the job done. The season pass is pretty reasonable. I've gotten it for around $250. You also get a free one-day ski pass, which you can use for a friend. For those that just want to ski recreationally once in a while, I'd recommend going on Tuesday nights. The lift tickets are only $12. As the ski season progresses, usually there are more discounts during weekdays. Parking is cramped, but I've never had trouble finding parking. read more

Tyrol Basin is the closest ski hill to the Middleton/Cross Plains area (I don't count Blackhawk). We had never been there, but with a day off of school, we thought it'd be a good time to try it out. Thankfully, the Mt. Horeb kids DID have school - I think that helped keep the crowd down. When we got there (around 11am), it was pretty quiet. Business picked up around noon, but you could still get right to the lifts. There must've been some lessons or parents bringing their toddlers to the hill, as nothing on the lifts or up top seemed to be different. Later in the day, there was a noticeable rise in attendance. I'm not sure if it was area ski clubs or just the fact that school was out. On top of that, a race took over one of the black diamond hills, closing that to the public. So - how's the hill you ask? Let me tell ya'. For skiers, I'd give it a 3-star rating. More like 3.5 stars. It's decent. As an "alright" skier, I like to start with a green run. Well, there's one green run. It seemed a little narrow and twisty for a green, but apparently putting up "slow" signs (in the middle of the run, even!) makes it a beginner run. I decided the blue run would be better for me. It wrapped around the green run, and frankly wasn't much different (except for no "slow" signs clogging up the run). I did enjoy that run, but lamented there weren't more. I spent most of my time on the black diamond runs. They weren't too bad. Pretty steep to start, giving you a nice "hole shot" or "drop in" feel. Thankfully, the snow was GREAT, giving me all the control I needed to manage my speed and direction. It was excellent. For snowboarders, this place may be 5-star. The feedback from my son and his friend (both snowboarders), along with my younger son who skis, was that the terrain parks were amazing. And you can see it from the bottom, too. This hill really caters to the snowboarding crowd. A lot of creative and well-kept features to keep the kids interested all day long. Complaint: This isn't the biggest hill around, so the runs aren't numerous. When they closed down one run for some races, they also closed down the blue run next to it. That's a serious chunk of the SKI runs for us skiers. The terrain parks were hopping, but I was getting squeezed off the hill. I didn't see anything on their website about these events. Granted, my body was long done skiing for the day, so I didn't mind being done. Had I just gotten there, I probably would have been pretty mad. It looked like they opened a third lift and the runs it serves (a double-diamond and a black diamond), but like I said - I was done. The hill itself is not that high. Cascade Mountain has much longer runs (and a turbo lift to match). Tyrol has shorter runs, but they are nifty and engaging. If they consistently don't do the traffic that Cascade does, you can probably equal your ski time with sheer volume. Go up, ski down. Rinse, repeat. Adding a wait at the lifts would knock the experience down. The little cafe was nice - their food was decent, and some of it was reasonably priced ($1.50 nachos was a perfect mid-day snack, and a $2 hotdog is good to keep the kids' bellies full for a while). ** March 2016 update - prices went up. $6.50 for a small order of cheese curds, $3 hotdog. So - four stars? Sure. Why not. It's a culmination of all factors. I'd RATHER ski a bigger hill, but Tyrol Basin had me on the lifts with no waiting, the snow was great, and the runs weren't full of people. If this hill was busier, I'd knock the rating down, but I had such a good time, I won't assume anything. NOTE: Tuesdays are $12! Friday nights are $12, too, I believe. I got our all-day tickets on Liftopia.com for about 50% off. I will continue to look for that deal when coming here, as it makes good "bang" for less "buck". read more

The fries tasted like old grease. My husbands brisket was ice cold - he only got 3 sixes if it. The food was basically inedible. Some of the rudest people working the hill I have ever encountered in all my years of skiing. What a first impression. I'm not sure if these people are overworked, underpaid, or both but it was definitely felt by me and my family while visiting. Best place I have been in the mid-west (except for northern Michigan). Seriously we got a deal on liftopia.com for $12 after work, and I will be doing it again soon. The place is bigger than expected and the terrain parks suit all levels. It was fun to board through the half pipe as well and try my hand at it :) My only negative is there are A LOT of kids.....which to me is frustrating sometimes, but I guess you can say the place is family friendly. The lodge definitely reflects that and is a bit "lived in". The snow will never be like out west (big and fluffy) but its totally worth it if you live in the area. read more

Check this: $12 Tuesday 10am-9pm $12 tickets, all folks, all day $12 rentals, $12 beginner lessons Friday Late Nite Great Nite Special Every Friday Night $12 Ticket: 7:30 pm - 11pm. There are plenty of other deals, but these ones always stand out. Also, it's awesome that they're open until 11pm on a Friday night! Other than great deals, the hill is just an average southern Wisconsin ski hill. The lifts are kinda weak... it's 2013... time to upgrade to high speed lifts. Atmosphere is total dive ski lodge, wood paneling, old ski decor and cool Tyrol photos from decades ago. PIck up some delish french fries to go with your drinks and you are set. Take in the fire and the smell of ski boots and dripping snow from your gear. What's not to love? They do have an outdoor patio as well depending on how busy it is, that's a fun spot overlooking the runs or keeping an eye out for your friends hitting the slopes. read more

The management is rude, aggressive, and threatening, and then they turn around and tell you it's fault and that "you made them do it". I felt I was being gaslighted. First, my husband called to ask about private lessons for our kids. The woman on the phone was annoyed that she had to talk to us and she refused to give us any information. She said she was just about to post the info on the website. We later booked the first lesson and it was great. We were told we could request the same instructors during booking, which we did for the following lesson. A week later, we got different instructors. Not a big deal and the new instructors were very good. We figured someone else requested our original instructors earlier. We happened to run into those instructors on the slopes and we struck a conversation with the people taking lessons. Turns out they in fact did not request the instructors. I thought that maybe my online request didn't go through so I asked the manager about it. She got very angry and pretty abusive and she basically lied to my face about the fact that someone else had requested the instructors first. I don't mind if they can't accommodate a request, but I do mind if people yell at me and if they lie. Another thing that happened that day is that the instructors asked me to get ski ties from the front desk for the kids (to keep the skis together). At the front desk, I was met with suspicion and cross-examination and I was treated as if I was trying to steal the ties. They would only give ties to the instructors directly, even though they knew I had a private lesson. Next time, as advised, we called 2 hours before the lesson to ask about the instructors so that we could give heads up to our kids, if the teachers changed. First, we were told is that it is going to be 1 instructor, not 2 as before. That was a bit confusing because we booked the same lesson as before, but we understand that there might be mistakes at the beginning of the season and we were fine with 1 instructor. The problem was that the manger lied to me again by telling me that the reason we had 2 instructors before was because somebody cancelled lessons (twice?). I knew it was a lie because we do chat with instructors during the lessons. Why lie about it? Then I was told that although I can request a specific instructor, there is no guarantee. I get that, but at that point I decided to tell the manger that we know we were lied to the week before. The manager interrupted me mid-sentence and chastised me for talking to people on the slopes about booking. A classic gaslighting -- when caught on a lie, they aggressively accused me of being inappropriate. At that point I was peeved, and I said that that if she didn't want to listen to me, she would read about it in a review. She suggested I take my business somewhere else and I agreed. However, she refused to give me a refund for the upcoming lesson so I said I would come for the last time. After arriving, I was told that I need to talk to the owner after my lesson. I basically felt like I was being called to the "principle's office". The owner told us not to come back. It was the first time we ever met him, and he was intense and intimidating. We really tried to be nice on the off-chance that he wanted to hear us out. I told him how happy we were with the instructors and I asked if he wanted to hear about our experience. He very clearly said "no, because I believe my staff". To be clear, the owner came up to the customers, was aggressive and intimidating and did not want to hear a word of what the customer had to say. The owner also said that I physically threatened his staff on the phone. Wow! Ok, first of all, what I "threatened" to do is to write a review. Secondly, how would that make sense for a mother to bring two 5 y.o. children for a ski lesson in order to physically threaten the staff at the resort? The owner said he recorded the phone call. Probably a lie again, but if he did in fact listen to the call, he should know what I actually said and not try to gaslight me again. Just wow! read more

I feel little bad for giving 2-stars review because you can't ever have a bad experience at ski resort. I'm just saying, if you know how to ski at the intermediate level or beyond (i.e. skiing since 2 yrs old), you will crave more. It's not exactly a place where you can "rip" mountain, however, I guess you can zing a hill. For a beginner and kids, this is a great place. It's small, and there's no way you can get lost. Otherwise, it will take you 2 seconds to come down the hill, and turns are optional. One lovely feature is that the parking is right in front of the lift. That saves little muscle power. read more

Tyrol Basin may be small in acreage but it is huge in experiences. As a lifelong skier, I was looking forward to sharing the sport with my grandson. I researched various ski programs in the area and found that Tyrol Basin had, hands down, the best deal for teaching little ones how to slide down the hill on two sticks of wood :-) The instructors are well trained on how to work with kids; despite a few meltdowns they get the little ones up the magic carpet and down the bunny hill. I was so impressed with Tyrol Basin, then I took advantage of their $12 Tuesday deal; for 12 bucks every Tuesday you get a lift ticket and if you need to rent gear that's $12 also. Of course the skiing in Wisconsin can't rival being out West, but when you can't make it to Colorado or Utah you might as well spend some time at Tyrol basin you won't regret it! read more

Loved it! Had the best time today with my family. No crowds (Friday) until 5PM when we were wrapping up. Staff was super friendly. The team was COVID conscious asking people to raise their masks. All the lifts were open and only two of the runs were closed, but at least another dozen runs to ski. The trails were groomed well, snow was being made so the conditions were great! Oh, and parking, we were literally 20' from the first run! The only drawback were the rundown indoor facilities, but you aren't there to sit inside. This place is sooo cute! I feel like I'm in a Tyrolean Theme park built in the 50's. My son LOVED it. The lift gets you up top in a few minutes and it takes a few more to come back down. This is the lowest of the lo-fi skiing experience ever, but we had a BLAST!!! read more

The burgers where cold a soggy when I whet to the food court and on top of that when I bought a ticket and rode the rides my zipper fell of coursing me to lose the ticket after they the workers threatened me to take me to court an 12 year old boy if I dint pay the 100 dollar fee. In my mind this is outrages and someone should really fix they system! read more

They called accused of us stealing there skiis and ski boots when we all put them at the counter and the worker grabbed them for us now they are saying we have to replace skis and ski boots when we didn't steal them. First time skiing why would we take the skis when we suck. Manager and workers very rude. Smells like dirty feet when you get your skis area. Nowhere to put your shoes. It sucked would NOT recommend. Workers were smoking weed in front of kids. Not happy. read more

While I have never, actually, checked in to TB, I have skied on a few occasions over two seasons. Exactly what my star selection states...it was OK. Maybe B-OK. More on the "meh" side, but I did have a good time overall! Each time I have visited (3 in total), the powder was either slick, once on the crunchy iced up side of frozen, and another time it was pack-able and better, but still a bit slick. Still, all in all, it makes for an afternoon or early evening of fun skii/snowboard activity. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially on the lifts. Runs range from beginner, to double diamond (nope, nope, nope, not for me!). One run contains a few obstacles to slolem or grind, which is neat. The Chalet is decent, extremely casual, and a nice, warm break from the slopes. I would visit again, but I rather try a few other area slopes before coming back. read more

So disappointed. We had been going to Tyrol for years because it is close by and the skiing is okay but we recently went and had a terrible experience. I have a gluten allergy and so I asked the concession about gluten free things and they said they couldn't assure me that anything wasn't touched or made with utensils that were not gluten free. I was skiing all day and because this happens many places I brought a snack as a back up. While I was sitting and eating it a very rude worker came to tell me I couldn't have outside food. I told him I had an allergy and he said "I don't want to hear it, take your food outside." So I was forced to eat outside in the cold. When I contacted the manager about it he said that my complain was "pretty ridiculous and a huge waste of time." read more

I've never had more rude service in my life. The bartender would not cut our burgers in half, instead told us we could use the plastic forks to cut them in half. This was on a weeknight during company outing. Would highly recommend Cascade Mt or Devils Head over this place in a heartbeat. read more

I'm a skier, and this hill has a higher concentration of snowboarders than I'm used to. Many of them are inconsiderate and will sit in the middle of a run to watch their friends or will sit very near where everyone gets off the lifts to strap in their other foot. So it's less enjoyable than it could have been due to people being in the way. The crowded feeling is made worse by not having large enough area at the bottom of the hill where you either get back on the lift or head inside. The inside area is tight and the upstairs portion is unreasonably warm for a place people are coming into wearing snow gear -- by the time I got to a table I was uncomfortably hot! The rental area is also very small and crowded. Also it has a bare cement floor with lots of standing water. As for runs, the eastern runs have a lot of terrain which is great if you want to do jumps and tricks. These always seems to be the most crowded runs though so I tend to avoid them even though I like hitting a little jump every now and then. Being neither a beginner nor an expert skier I find that most runs are too easy or too hard for me. There's quite a jump between slow easy runs and narrow windy steep runs. There are multiple places where you could cut over from one run to the next, but there are always fences up so you can't. After getting off the lift you usually don't have much of a hill to go down and you often have to work to get to the run you want. This is at it's worst coming from the West chair lift back to the east, where the ground is basically level so you get in some cross-country on your downhill skis. The parking goes up in tiers and I tend to end up two long flights of stairs up from the bottom of the hill. After a day of skiing the last thing I want to do is carry my equipment back up to the car! There's a marked loading / unloading area, but that's in the especially crowded lower parking area. If you stop there you're in the way of any cars looking for a spot in that lot because there's not enough room to get around you. This is the closest ski hill to where I live, but I think I'll drive further for a better experience. If you're a snowboarder interested in dodging others on the terrain park or either a beginner or expert skier there's something for you here, but it's not a good fit for me. read more
