The staff were efficient, polite, and charged very competitively. They fitted all the tyres and wheel-balanced the car while I got the groceries over the road at Pak n Save. The staff also noticed and fixed a slow-leak puncture, and washed and polished the tyres so they looked all nice for me as I drove off. What's more, they said I could come back any time for free, and they'd check the tyres were wearing okay and keeping their pressure fine too. I really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend the Glen Innes Pit Stop to anyone, they are just brilliant.

Do not recommend. Prices of the standard services are misleading. Please be aware that for modern…read morecars it does NOT fully include the 4.5L of oil and an additional charge will be required costing approximately $40+. Included is standard mineral oil and not synthetic oil which most cars in the last 10+ years use. This is not clear on the website nor was I told this on the phone when booking. Only found out when I dropped the car off. Too late to go elsewhere as I was leaving for a 500km trip the next day. I believe in 2021 standard oil is synthetic oil (not special oil - whatever special oil is?) and that Midas are breaching the Fair Trading Act. I have lodged a complaint with the Commerce Commission and suggest others do the same. NOTE 1: Both the Midas Howick/Somerville owner and the Company's Franchise Manager were argumentative and not in the least bit interested in my concerns - very poor customer service. NOTE 2: Some Auckland branches do include synthetic oil as part of the service so ring around or go elsewhere.

Having had…read moremy last tyre replaced at Firestone Greenlane, I was interested to see if Beaurepaires could beat that price. To say that they simply beat the price would be an understatement because I would have paid $70 more if I had the same job done at Firestone. The service was exemplary. Keith was friendly and informative, and one of the best multi-tasking men I have ever seen in action. I drove away on clouds, and will definitely be back in the future.
