To say that they simply beat the price would be an understatement because I would have paid $70 more if I had the same job done at Firestone. The service was exemplary. Keith was friendly and informative, and one of the best multi-tasking men I have ever seen in action. I drove away on clouds, and will definitely be back in the future.

I probably called about 6 or 7 different places, I needed to get 4 new tyres, plus they needed to install new rims. I also needed somewhere where they could do this while I was there. Hyper Tyres offered the best package which included everything I needed including wheel alignment and balance. While the job was being done they found that new bolts were needed also, they gave me a cost which I wasn't too happy with it, they ended up selling me the bolts at cost, good on them !! Hyper Tyres have just about every tyre you need, from everyday tyres to performance tyres, they also do car alarms, audio, tinting and lots more. All in all they did a great job and at a very competitive price, the only thing was they did take a bit longer than they had originally advised.

My partner took our car in to get our tires changed at Eden Tyres this morning. We got in for an…read moreappointment super quick, and the service was really fast as well. It took just over an hour for three new tires to be put on and have an alignment done. He took it for a test drive after the service was done and was pleased with the results. The shop is in good condition and easy to get to. The guy working there was nice enough. The only downside is that my partner said he could probably get the tires for much less on his own, but decided to just go here for convenience sake, since we are heading out on a road trip tomorrow. All in all, the service was smooth and we are happy with our new tires! Thanks Eden Tyres for making our lives a little easier :)

Unfortunately Midas Panmure is running a really dishonest and unclear deal on servicing. Yeah, it was actually horrific....Firstly, I couldn't get a time whenever I called. If I called on…read moreMonday, they would ask me to come next week in the middle of the day leaving my work.....If you're so busy with your current clients, then stop selling out vouchers on Group On and wasting our time....The customer service was soo horrible that I felt like I was getting it done for free.... Secondly, the number they have advertised, they never ever pick up that phone...I called like 20 times but no response....I had to go down there (13 km drive) to get an appointment and was told that ohh, we're busy so we don't pick up phones....To get it done, I had to call in sick at work because apparently, they r booked over the weekends even if you call 1 week prior....After all this, I expected at least the wheel alignment job would be perfect...Noops....not at all....I still need to tilt the wheel a bit towards the right to keep the car straight.....I was so appalled by this experience that I didn't bother going back to get it fixed cause I know, I'll get a lame excuse only from their side....I took it straight to Beyond Wheels, Otahuhu....They r just awesome....gave me a computer generated report showing the metrics before alignment and after that....
