The staff are incredibly well informed and helpful - "going the extra mile" would be an understatement here. Prices are competitive and the friendly and knowledgeable service has me always recommending them without hesitation. Today Saia assisted me with an issue I wasn't entirely sure how to resolve - he understood right away what it was that I needed, then spent a considerable amount of time finding just the right tool and then even completed the job for me - all the while being so personable and kind that I think he may have just restored my faith in humanity completely. Usually I send my car into Continental car services and get them to sort everything out for me and boy do I pay the price! Here my boyfriend purchased some new brake hoses and bushings for his car and the prices were very competitive in comparison. The good thing about BNT is that they have a lot of locations all around Auckland so if the store you go into doesn't stock the particular item you are looking for they will usually be able to order it in and quickly too. The bushings arrived in under a week and they called when they had arrived which I thought was good service. The people here are very friendly and knowledgable when it comes to the parts they supply.

The other day I needed some new window wipers, they guy there showed me the range from lowest price to highest and once I had made my decision he came out to my car with me and fitted them. I thought this was extremely good service and just as well too because I have absolutely no idea how to do it. I find their oil to be a really good price here and they have a little booklet that tells you the different weights of oil and what each different car needs. It made everything so simple I just found my car in the booklet and saw the weight it needed and done! There's good free street parking here with unlimited time limit which is always convenient.
