It took just over an hour for three new tires to be put on and have an alignment done. He took it for a test drive after the service was done and was pleased with the results. The shop is in good condition and easy to get to. The guy working there was nice enough. The only downside is that my partner said he could probably get the tires for much less on his own, but decided to just go here for convenience sake, since we are heading out on a road trip tomorrow. All in all, the service was smooth and we are happy with our new tires! Thanks Eden Tyres for making our lives a little easier :)

We hit a pothole and blew out the tire. The rental company said it was our responsibility to replace the tire so that's how we ended up at Beaurepaires. Our understanding was that we would be able to store our vehicle overnight and not rush back from our sightseeing. We were off to Paihia the next day and figured we'd get the car the next morning and be off. The only communication we had with the shop was email. We received confirmation our vehicle was ready and responded back that we'd be back to pick it up the next morning. We did not read email until that evening and to our utter dismay, we were told the shop would be closed for Waitange Day and would not be able to pickup the vehicle until the following day. In desparation, we replied to the email and sent a message via Facebook. To our surprise, Ana responded to us at 9pm and said she would try to help. The next morning, Ana was able to arrange for Andrew the service manager to meet us at the service center. Andrew lived over 1/2 an hour away, but drove in on his day off to open up the service center just for us. Ana and Andrew went way above and beyond the call of duty. We only had 3 nights in Paihia with many activities scheduled so Ana and Andrew really helped save our vacation! Beaurepaires has two excellent employees in Ana and Andrew who really care about their customers!

Scott and Sharn are the two main mechanics at St Luke's and though they may not be the smiley-est of people, they are both really friendly, extremely thorough and full of good advice. I'd take helpful mechanics over a smile any day! Recently we had trouble getting a registration for my boyfriend's car and Sharn helped us figure out why it was happening and get it all sorted, even though it wasn't anything to do with St Luke's Tyre and Mechanical - they're just good guys. They make their money by telling women that the things they need for a warrant are twice their actual price and tack on a huge amount of labour on top. When I rang Dave with a quoted price for four tyres once, he cringed so hard it was audible down the phone line. He got me better tyres for half the price and replaced them while I waited. What a friggin champion. If you're in the Grey Lynn area, go and see Dave. Hell, even if you're not, go and see him. He's the best in the business.

Tyreworks was the closest garage we knew so we desperately turned around the corner and parked our care straight in front. The mechanic (I didn't catch his name) reassured us that the noise was just the rattling of a piece of debris which had lodged its way into the tire. He was right. Within 10 minutes, he removed the tire, found a small rock, discarded it immediately and put our minds at ease. We insisted, but he said he didn't want to seek payment for such a minor issue. We don't know a whole lot about cars, but I only wish the world were full of more people like this mechanic. Due to his efficiency, honesty and integrity I will bring the car here every time we experience an issue with it.

The staff were efficient, polite, and charged very competitively. They fitted all the tyres and wheel-balanced the car while I got the groceries over the road at Pak n Save. The staff also noticed and fixed a slow-leak puncture, and washed and polished the tyres so they looked all nice for me as I drove off. What's more, they said I could come back any time for free, and they'd check the tyres were wearing okay and keeping their pressure fine too. I really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend the Glen Innes Pit Stop to anyone, they are just brilliant.

I purchased a brand new Leapmotor C10, and the lack of integrity from the sales team is staggering. First, I was gaslighted about basic accessories; the car was delivered without mats, and I was told they 'would come later'--I chased for months - they are very good at making excuses. I was only given one key, and the dealership acted like they were doing me a 'favour' by ordering a second one that should have been standard. Most shockingly, they charged me $499 + GST for a 'Wall Charger.' Every Leapmotor C10 comes with factory charging cables standard; I just noticed on an unsigned agreement they sent which means that - they essentially forced me to pay extra for equipment the car cannot function without. I brand new car had faulty battery and they took weeks to repair, then scratched my car and I had to fight so hard against gas lighting me that it again was my fault. Despite being promised a service plan at the time of sale, they are denying it exists and trying to charge me for my first annual service. Check your contracts carefully--or better yet, go to a dealer that values honesty. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of after-sales support. Do not buy from here.stay away.
