But hey, that just means I've let this marinate for a while and honestly you're getting a thorough review, right? These guys do great work, and I am *very* happy. My Bronco sounds really nice. Both Sam and Michael are fantastic employees. I'd say it's pretty hard finding an auto shop that you can trust and who aren't trying to get every penny from you. These guys are great. I appreciate how they don't try and pressure you to get unnecessary things done. Solid. I also really like how they text you the inspection details about your vehicle and include photos within the profile. I have never had that done before, so that was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be taking my vehicle back to them for future upgrades and work, once I am able! Really living my Dolly Parton 9-5 over here. Okay anyways. 5/5 stars on Yelp. Would and will recommend to a friend.

They completed the repair and had my vehicle ready the following day, which was incredibly convenient. What impressed me most was their honesty and affordability. The price was a fraction of what the dealership had quoted, saving me a significant amount of money without compromising the quality of the repair. They clearly explained the issue and recommended work, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The repair was completed efficiently, communication was outstanding, and the work was done right. It's refreshing to find an automotive shop you can trust to be honest, fair, and dependable. DO NOT bring your business here unless you like to be overcharged and misled. My experience with…read moreChristian Brothers Automotive was dishonest, distasteful, and just weird. I was traveling through the state for work when my brakes suddenly needed replacement. I brought my car to CB's and received a quote for $2600+, which included the brakes, labor, as well as calipers and some other brake related fixes. The mechanic explained that these extra fixes were necessary to get me back to my destination. After hearing this staunch number, and ruling out my options, I returned to Christian Brothers to retrieve my car and get a second opinion. When my car was pulled out front, I saw the mechanic jerk the brakes when he was reversing, and when he got out had the gall to say "Drive fast, no regrets" and walk off. In my opinion, distasteful and rude to have that kind of childish demeanor when I simply want to get a second opinion. The best part is when I took it to the second mechanic. He said my calipers were completely fine, just normal wear and tear, and that replacing them wasn't necessary. He quoted me at a quarter of the cost, and I was able to get back on the road in an hour, and have experienced great braking/driving the last several weeks since then. My experience with Christian Brothers can be summed up in four words: dishonest, distasteful, never again.

This is not the auto shop for minor repairs or for people who have to watch their budget. My car stopped. I thought it was my alternator. The battery didn't seem to be holding a charge. I had taken out and had it tested and the auto parts place had told me I needed a new alternator. I had Pheonix come and get it. They were quick and responsive and all I needed was a new battery that ended up costing me 782 dollars after towing and the 149 dollar diagnostic. I would use them again for any MAJOR issue, but I'll never return for anything I even suspect is a minor repair. Nearly a thousand bucks for a battery seems excessive.
