This bit me the first time I rented something from them... and silly me - I forgot this - and it just bit me again. If you want service, you gotta call them. The equipment they had was in good order, I rented a tiller and it worked great. It's a much easier rental process than going through Home Depot, as they are better staffed and will help you load and unload the equipment. I recommend Bunce if you need to rent equipment for yard work or landscaping.
