The first week of April, we ordered composite decking to replace our old deck boards. The product…read morecolor was Forest Brown made by Fiberon. The order was delivered two weeks later. The entire bundle was the wrong color, even though the wrapping said Forest Brown. I called the guy we worked with at Home Depot and sent him the picture of what we received. He agreed it was wrong and handled getting it returned to the store. Apparently before the product would be returned, a Fiberon Representative needed to come out and see the problem. One week later, he showed up. Saw the color was wrong (told us incorrectly the product had been discontinued 7 years ago) One more week later the boards and hardware were finally picked up and returned to the Baxter Home Depot. The total we had paid them for this product was 3,279.49. We received a partial refund two weeks later for 1,712.33. We called the store a number of times, at some point we were told they held off a total refund because they thought we were going to reorder. This is late May. We already lost our contractor due to this long delay. We were told we would not receive a full refund until Home Depot was refunded the money from Fiberon. There was no way we were going to pay another large amount of money to order another product from them, then pay interest on a credit card on a refund we should have gotten since they had picked up the product. We decided to just go ahead and finish the old deck since now its full outdoor season and we needed to get things ready and enjoy our space. after several weeks and no additional refund we finally talked to the store manager. They seemed concerned about how this had been handled. Ha guess they thought a refund of 443 should placate us. Today, June 16, the supervisor from Home Depot left a message that the final payment was paid. That was for a whopping 351.00. We have a problem here. They still owe us , 1,223.00!!!!!! We will never ever step foot into another Home Depot store again. What kind of rinky dink kind of place would have such terrible customer service. No apology, no action no nothing except to drag getting us refunded for this long.

We had them come out and put new mechanisms in them and then figured we would have to live with the fabric and cushion but THOUGHT at least they rock again! Nope made 1 worst then it was to begin with and the other one the same! Never would I buy from this store again! Also we purchased the extended warranty on them as well and still they have done nothing to try and correct the issues after the 1 time, they just threw their arms up and said hmm not sure why you are having these issues. Worst experience buying furniture would rather buy from a garage sale!

As soon as we walked in the door, Courtney greeted us right away and asked how she could help. We knew what line we were looking for and asked if she pieces were in the store. She said that they were and walked us right over to the pieces we were interested in. She gave us information on pricing and availability. We let her know we were going to do more looking around the store, as we were in the market for rugs and artwork. She said to let her know if we needed help with anything, and she still checked on us as we looked around. She also helped us in finding chairs with custom fabric that we were interested in. We had to go home and measure and figure out how things were going to fit. We came back to see Courtney a few days later and she set up our orders for delivery! Courtney was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the items we were interested in! We are looking forward to our new furniture and highly recommend you pay a visit and see Courtney!

We asked about installation and found out they were over 2 months booked, so we decided to do it ourselves. The staff were very courteous and helpful, but they underestimated our amount of grout and way overestimated our amount of tile needed. I think if you are going to do the work yourself you are better off going to Menards or Home Depot. We ended up paying 40 dollars for an additional 10 # bag of grout that I found later at Menards priced at 10 dollars (the exact same material) Live and learn!

I text her what I needed, capitalizing the word PIPE so there's no mistake. When she shows the text to the kid working there, he asks a lot of questions about the length of pipe she wants. She calls me and puts the kid on the phone. I explain I need a 3/8-inch PIPE tap. He seems to understand, but when my friend got to my place, again FIFTY miles away, it was a standard 3/8-16 tap for a bolt, not a PIPE. Big difference! I suspect that this store hires kids to fill shoes at minimum wage, and they don't need to know anything about hardware, just have a nice smile. I'd return it, but I'm not about to drive a hundred miles round-trip for an eight-dollar tap. I'll order one from Amazon, and wait a couple of days. This place isn't worth the hassle and grief to deal with the incompetence. Even Home Depot does a better job. BTW, the new ACE Hardware in McGregor is ON THEIR GAME! Unlike this place, those guys KNOW the hardware business! Pop
