The shakes are nice and thick and a good value for the size. In the app, they allowed me to select up to 4 sauces. I love my sauce so I tried several different ones, like the creamy avocado lime dip and honey garlic ranch sriracha. Both of these dips were pretty tasty. The avocado one was more like a citrusy ranch. The sriracha dip mentions ranch in the name but I didn't taste any ranch flavors nor did it resemble a ranch dressing at all.
