Google review: I was in the Orlando area, and we decided to stop by here because there were great…read morereviews on TikTok. Well, they all lied. I ordered the turkey, mac n cheese, string beans, and djon djon plate, and my husband got the jambalaya plate. And we got two drinks: cherry lemonade and fruit punch. 0/10. The turkey tasted old, the pickles were spoiled, the rice was disgusting, the mac n cheese tasted like boxed Velveeta mac and cheese with onion powder and garlic powder... no salt. My husband took a few bites from his food and said it just tasted like rice and shrimp, no flavor whatsoever. I'm convinced these people get paid to review this place. Never again! Edited response after reading the owner response: Instead of the owner taking ownership of their nasty food, they want to bd combative in the response left under my post. Someone else calls out the food being tasteless and gets asked to come back to make it right. My opinion on the food IS MY OPINION. I don't ever write reviews for people, but that I had too. WE COULDNT EVEN EAT THE FOOD, so we tossed it out when we got home and had to buy food elsewhere. It was unacceptable. We are not from Orlando, we are out of towners, so how can we come back??? The food is trash and that's that and you pay for reviews PERIOD! If it weren't paid it would be better. I'm not the only one saying the food is nasty. Accept the fact and be better. Claiming to come back and speak to you as if one can speak to an owner behind a window... please. I still stand ten toes on my review! They have zero decorum, piss poor attitudes and customer service. I should have called the health department and report them for serving Poor quality food Since they want to be nasty to people who don't leave them positive reviews.

I pay an Uber to get here so I'm very frustrated about that because I couldn't eat my food. I ordered two pastries one chicken, one beef it literally took 30 minutes. There's no one you could talk to in regards to how long it'll be for the food so I had to wait just to get the food so I can order another Uber to go somewhere else when I get the two pastries that are four dollars apiece the ground beef one is horrible. The chicken is just basic that's there. There's no veggies there's no nothing inside these places just bread and meat very disappointed.

We ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls and the deviled eggs (with no bacon) as appetizers. For our new drinks we got margaritas, I got a regular margarita and my partner got a passion fruit margarita. For entrees, I had the famous fried chicken and my hubby had the meatloaf. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, relaxed, they keep the shades lowered during the day to reduce that sun intake and it's lovely. It feels nice and relaxed in here no matter the weather outside. Again, we enjoyed the experience but the service was fairly slow. We had to pretty much know what we wanted by the next time we saw our server or flag her down to get her attention. She was waiting about 4 tables on our area. We were party of two.

The drinks were great and the food was soo good that we still talk about it days later. He loved the bone marrow. Steak was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The cake was not my favorite at all. It took way too long to come out and it came out very cold. Not much chocolate flavor, too much salt. It was missing something. We will skip dessert next time.

The space inside is decorated so nice and there's a QR code on the table for the menu for easy ordering. We did the order quickly but didn't realize you could choose your noodles bc the app doesn't prompt you at all. I was a little bummed after figuring that out, it would have been nice to try the house made ones but we just got the standard thin noodles since we didn't catch that. For food we ordered a noodle soup, the N1 with minced pork. The sauce was a little strange, almost like it had too much vinegar, I couldn't figure it out. The meat was very small but the bowl wasn't too pricey at $12. Also had an after thought of a few chickpeas and spinach leaves, unimpressive. The second dish we ordered was the TN3 sesame sauce noodles with cucumber, minced pork and carrots for $11. Of the two, I preferred this one but nothing too special. I liked that they gave you a pitcher of cumber water for the table and we were in and out pretty fast. From the other restaurants in this plaza it was sadly kinda a let down.

The only disappointment was that they were out of several chicken and beef dishes we wanted to order, since my husband does not eat pork, so that limited some of our options. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was very kind and unexpectedly brought us a free dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. Even with some menu items unavailable, we would definitely come back to try the non-pork options next time because the food and hospitality were both excellent.
