I had one of the worst and most unbelievable experiences with Bolton Logistics this week. I was…read morevery excited about my couch being delivered to my home. Two guys were sent from Bolton Logistics to deliver the couch. They were, number one, unprepared because they didn't have the tools to do the job, and, number two, unable to strategize to properly get the couch into the house. They put in effort for maybe 25-30 minutes and then gave up saying they could not get the couch into the house. It was a standard couch and a standard doorway, which I told both of them, and it should not have been a major issue. One of them even said taking the door off would have helped and then did not attempt to take the door off to help the situation. I had to cancel the couch from the store that I purchased it from because they were unable and unwilling to get the couch in the house. Not sure how Bolton is able to maintain a sustainable business with this type of inefficiency.
