The condition of the Breezy cab made NYC taxis look like high class limos! While the price, $3 per person is good, the riding conditions made one feel way overcharged. We thankfully managed to hire an Uber to return us home. There was no traffic, no checkpoints, and no roadblocks. The driver simply did not want to drive back to Savannah to pick us up.
