So when I made there was not going to wait because they would process my firearm I waited for a hour no one called finally I went up there the customer service was very poor. And no help at all. Number one the transfer fee was 75dollars. Then they charged. 10dollars for a background. Then charged 8dollars for a convenience Fee which came out to be 92.44. Then turn around and made me sign a waiver just to pick up my firearm. i own over 10 firearms but this is the only gun shop I had to sign a waiver. Not to mention this people act as if they don't want anything to do with black peoples. And treat you like it's all about the green money. I would never get another firearm transferred her nor do business with racist again. Just sad really sad. and they will let you see it. The average Gun store charges 30-50 for a transfer fee. They charge double the price and service is the wrost I every seen in my life

We signed our waivers and were ready to shoot in a relatively short amount of time. The lanes were clean and a staff member was always available to keep us following the rules and cleaning all the shell casings. It's a great place to go on a date night, to brush up your skills or a group outing. Oh and don't worry if you leave something at home. They have everything you need for purchase.

I came in looking for a specific gun that they did not have, however, they could've ordered in, but, I was shown other similar ones and I fell in love with one of them and ended up purchasing. Overall, it was a great experience and I was made to feel like a valued customer and not less than just because of my gender because someone would assume I don't know anything about guns. Gun prices are beyond fair and the assortment is vast and also always changing, so no matter what you're looking for, they probably have it or can order it for you at any time. We came to Richard's, I explained what properties I was looking for in a gun and he chose 3 of his top picks at the moment for me to look at and stated if I didn't like any of them, he would give me more options and if we ran out of options he had on hand, he would be more than happy to order more options for me. He made me feel valued and heard, which was more than I could ask for. We have used Richard's Armory for putting on a picatinny rail system on one of our rifles as well and he did a superb job. Overall, this is an excellent armory owned and ran by a very nice, respectful and knowledgeable man.
