We essentially knew nothing about archery and he explained a few things and prepped some lanes for us. There was a class being held there at the same time and the instructor seemed very nice, helpful and knowledgeable as well and offers lessons at this location. Prices were very fair. It was a lot of fun, and it showed me that I would enjoy just practicing archery and also like bow hunting later this year. Overall, a great experience today and we absolutely will be coming back, but this time to get a bow or get add ons for one. They also have a wide selection of different sorts of bows and crossbows, accessories and add ons and hunting clothing as well.

We asked why, and they said they're doing more online instead. That absolutely sucks! Their restrooms have always been better than most places. I used to get everything here, it's so much more convenient than going all the way to Memphis, to Bass Pro Shop. But they're useless here, when every time we come we leave empty handed, bc they never have what we came for. At this rate, they'll be shutting down soon, which is really disappointing. Most of the floor is water with HUGE fish, so you walk across bridges everywhere to get to different sections of the store. The employees gave us an overview when we walked in and were all super friendly. There's a bowling alley, two restaurants, a huge fish tank, alligators, and a rifle shooting arcade game! We also paid $8 each to take an elevator up to the top of the pyramid for the view. It was awesome! Would definitely go back.

They are very proud of this enormous store / restaurant / hotel and are happy to show it off. The place was originally built to be a concert venue / stadium for their basketball team. I am copying this part of the review from one I read and want to give credit to the author, Crystal G. "Johnny Morris, founder of Bass Pro shops, was considering buying the venue. Not sure what to do. He made a wager with his friend while fishing . If I catch a fish over 30 pounds I will buy the venue. Later that day he caught a fish more than 30 pounds. The deal was 'on' and the rest is as they say...history!" The place is just magnificent. The showpiece is the giant elevator that goes to the top. There is a cost for this... i12 for each adult. At the top of the pyramid is a breathtaking look out, spectacular restaurants and lodge. There are spectacular views of the Mississippi River, and all of Memphis. I walked around the giant store making sure I did not get lost and could get back to the bus. Along the way I stopped by the largest selection of fishing poles and reals I ever saw. The nice gentleman working the area showed some off and explained the benefits of them. It's one collection of items after another, candy, signs, clothing, boats, the list goes on and on... This place was amazing. I was happy to learn that they are building one close by me on Long Island. Should be a fun place to spend some time. If I make it back I would love to stay in the hotel. Everything in one place. Amazing shopping, restaurants, entertainment and lodging, right in the heart of 'everything Memphis.' This place has definately made the "must do" list KUDOs to the team at Bass Pro Shop

Staff has always been respectful and quick to offer assistance. Sales and transfers went without hitches. Staff has been especially helpful with gunsmithing projects. They always completed them quickly and satisfactorily. This week, they removed an existing AR barrel and installed a new one I provided in about an hour while I waited. Good communication happened during this as staff working on this had not previously done this with the particular arrangements (standard mil-spec.) on my AR/barrels. His willingness to listen to me prevented unnecessary and parts damaging steps he originally thought had to be done to complete this task. Took the AR to Jonesboro Shooting Sports Complex today. It functioned flawlessly, zeroed easily and delivered expected accuracy, hitting 10" steel @ 200 with red dot sight.
