The person told me they have it and it is $60 and it comes in a holster. On my way there, I received an email saying it was $63. I think they were confused about the pricing because when I got there it was indeed $60. The person helping me didn't seem to be familiar with the tool. There was one on display and they werent sure if there were more. Also, it was not a holster but just a shealth. I asked if came in a box because the smaller version does. They said they didnt think so and they didnt know why the small one has a box. I purchased it anyways because I needed it that day for a gift. If it did have a box then I really missed out.

Brand new furniture store that just opened this year!…read more From the moment you walk into the store you'll be blown away at how clean and aesthetically pleasing the showroom is. Everything is modern and stylish with some unique furniture that I haven't seen elsewhere. I was so comfortable browsing the room and I can picture so many of these pieces in my new home. Staff are knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I just moved recently and I was browsing to see what furniture would suit my space. I liked that the staff gave me a lot of practical advice and did not pressure me to buy anything. They were willing to answer all my questions and genuinely wanted to assist in finding the right fit for my personal style. They also have a wide selection of lifestyle and home products. As an aspiring home cook, I couldn't resist buying a set of the stone dinnerwear from Portugal. Not only are they gorgeous, but they're also oven-safe, dishwasher-safe, and doesn't get hot when I pull it out of the microwave. They were very appreciative of my business and helped carry my items to my car. As this is a new business I took several photos, but would recommend stopping by to see their showroom as it is even more beautiful in person.

Very soothing and comfortable shopping experience, with Lana Del Rey playing in the background. $12 plate: Handmade in Portugal that is easy to handwash. Very reasonably priced as well. I love the slight imperfections on the plate from being handmade. I liked the heaviness and quality of the plate as well. Also comes in a darker grey/black which I might come back for.

I have been to the Old Faithful shop many times and it hasn't disappointed. It is very true to their theme of artisan, home-made or well-crafted-and-the-woodsy-bent items, which speaks to a particular customer. Some may love this shop and others may find it expensive and too specific to integrate into their personal style. I appreciate the care in the selection of the goods and the kindness of the employees. The first time I was in the shop (being overwhelmed by the visuals) I just bought several journals. When I got home, I realized that I wanted more and ordered them by phone because they don't use their website for special orders. They were very nice and when the package arrived, it was beautiful. Brown paper package, tied up with string... no kidding. This time I bought a huge wool blanket that I thought I could fit in my luggage (I couldn't) and it made a perfect gift. The thing about the blanket purchase was how much banter I had the the employees while I was purchasing it. While we were talking, THEY referenced that I had bought the journals the previous year. What memory. Their attention to detail gets me every time. I will always go back to Old Faithful when I am in Vancouver... whether or not I can fit what I buy into my luggage.

This place is definitely expensive, would not recommend if you're broke, I'm not though. But yea I bought a soap shaped as a fish. Yea that's absolutely ridiculous and yes you can call me stupid BUT at least it's cool though, amirite. Also, it smells good. But yea it's a gift, however I think I need to come back here and buy one for me. I think this is one of the coolest shops in gastown, this isn't a place you're going to read a review for and go, you just kinda walk into it like I did. Also, this place has really good books, I ended up buying the same book I saw here on amazon for half the price. But hey, at least I bought that fish soap.
