She listened to what Mom wanted in flavors, the level of elegance we wanted, and told us she would get together with staff and come up with some designs. Well...we chose a 3 tiered cake with the following flavors: Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, white cake with strawberry mousse, and strawberry cake with strawberry cream cheese filling. The decorative element was simple but reflected the fall flowers that Mom loves...and then Sam suggested we do a Victorian type decorative element....she knew best. The cake was the best thing of the day and everyone at the party commented on how moist and flavorful the cake was. I had a piece of each...the white cake with strawberry mousse filling was in the top 3 of my favorite cakes. This definitely the place to get an elegant cake at reasonable prices. I took a chance, and it absolutely paid off. The conchas (and other treats) were incredible. Everything was fresh and exactly what I needed for my work event.
