I will be without my medication that I need while traveling internationally because Wafeek refused to do his job. He was also very rude and condescending to me while I was trying to get him or anyone there to fill my prescription.

If the review was strictly for the cashiers and baggers it would be a 1. If it was for the Deli and Bakery staff, it would be a 5. Clearly whoever is supposed to be selecting and training the front end staff is not doing their job or not holding them accountable. I was there yesterday and went through the checkout. The cashier said not one word to me, looked like she would have rather been having a root canal then be at work. not the standard " you find everything you needed?"- nothing and meanwhile there were others who I assume were supervisors yelling employees names across the store. I didn't see the guy that is usually supervising up front. He's always very friendly. I even said to the cashier "are you having a bad day? " it's just incredibly disappointing for a company that has such a good reputation. This is the third time this has happened there and the second with this same cashier. The guy bagging the groceries was not any better and although I had a full cart- not one offer to take it to my car. Now the deli was amazing. Even though they were slammed with customers, they could not have been nicer and more apologetic for the wait. The lady with the British accent is a gem! Always so friendly and welcoming. I hope they fix their front end issues. It's just not up to Publix standards and they will absolutely lose business because if people want to have a mediocre experience, they can shop elsewhere.

The sandwiches came out first which had bacon, egg, cheese, avocado and some sort of semi sweet aoli that went perfectly with it. I could eat this every day. You could taste the freshness of the locally sourced ingredients too. The lattes were delicious and we are harsh critics. Having house made syrups is ESSENTIAL for a good coffee. Perfect amount of sweetness and flavor while still allowing that coffee flavor to shine. The atmosphere was busy and loud (a good thing for the business) and the service was quick and friendly. Would recommend!!

They also offer gluten-free bread and generally have some gluten-free baked good as well. The service is always friendly and helpful, the coffee is really good, and they have a juice bar inside as well. The decor is cute, with a good number of tables inside and a handful of tables outside. Everything is made to order, so at times there can be a little bit of a delay. But the food is absolutely worth the wait, and it is a very pleasant place to hang out at. Once we discovered Oh My Chives we've been trying to stop by every weekend. Delicious! Definitely check it out!

There are not too many TJ's scattered around Nashville, and luckily my office is just around the corner, so I frequent this TJ's more than any other! Trader Joe's are small, but mighty and packed to the brim from entry to exit, and even to the sidewalks! Pricing is not as bad here for majority of the items as folks think. Their veggies, cheeses, breads, wine and frozen items are all well priced. You get pricier on the specialty/organic stuff, but I stick to a few things and make it out well under budget. Of those areas, the frozen section is where I spend most of my time! Service at Trader Joe's is second to none, especially at this location. They are friendly and efficient. Overall, love me some Trader Joe's!

I do grocery shop here from time to time. The biggest deterrent is how small this store is and how crowded it tends to be. Parking can be a bit challenging even though there is plenty of spots with a large shared plaza parking lot. Traffic is heavy just about all the time no matter which direction you are coming from. Is it worth the hassle? Absolutely! Never regret a trip!

What makes Delvin a key farm to patronize is that the strawberries are organic. Yes, please. So, I took advantage of a Saturday on which I was in town and made the pretty drive to College Grove. I arrived and saw a small building and a lot of cars so I knew I was in the right place. I went inside the building and said that I was here to pick some berries. The nice lady gave me two rectangular cartons, explained how the picking worked, pointed me in the right direction, and sent me on my way. It was a beautiful, clear day so the weather was perfect for picking. I must have picked (hyuck) the right time as the fields were pretty bare. Nice. It was late(r) in the season so the rows closest to the building were pretty bare but I am not new to the game. I know that people tend to be lazy so if you're willing to walk, you can score some good fruit. Sure enough, my walk was rewarded. I found row after row of succulent, deep red, fresh fruit. I was just getting started with filling my second carton when I noticed a gentleman running after a child (no biggie) with a LOOSE gun (like, jiggling) on his hip. Nope. No sir. One carton was going to have to do.* The idea of being on my own with a guy sporting an improperly holstered firearm took the magic of the day away. I made my way back to the building, paid for my ONE carton (very reasonable price), talked myself out of buying assorted jams and sweets, paid, smiled, and got in my car to drive back to Nashville. And, yes: the berries tasted as good as they looked. *This has nothing to do with the farm but it happened on the farm... which is located in Nashville... so, take that for what it is.

Rather than de-escalating, Michele's tone and behavior escalated the situation and created a hostile, uncomfortable experience. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service expected from someone in a leadership position. Very disappointing interaction.
