I ordered the subs online and scheduled for a 3:05 PM pickup time as I had some shopping to do and since one was a hot sub, I did not want it sitting out too long before scooping it up. I entered the store around 2:50 and walked by the sub counter on my way to the fruits section and was surprised to already see both of my subs ready and waiting. Normally something being ready early is great news, but again...one was a hot sub and I was not super pumped about it chilling for more than expected. I went ahead and scooped them up and hurriedly picked up the goods and headed towards self check. The other issue with the sub was they forgot the cheese *sad face* The attendant a the self check was super friendly up front and I was also glad to see that they had everything in stock that I was after. Overall, it was a standard Publix run with slightly disappointing PubSub results, which is rarity in my many years of PubSub enjoyment! I have a few other Publix locations closer to my home, so I think for the sake of all that is PubSub's, I'll stick with those locations!

Gotta Love Sprouts!…read more Sprouts is one of my go to places to get healthy and organic foods. They have everything you need from clean supplements to grass fed meats! They have it all. Today I had to grab some coffee, I prefer the Bullet Proof brand because they test free of mold. I couldn't find the coffee aisle so I asked a staff member who seemed to have just showed up for their shift. They were very polite and helped me without them even clocking in yet! The staff is very friendly ! Well I found my coffee anyways and they had several great organic, specialty coffee brands besides bulletproof! Today's sprouts trip was a great success!

Walked inside, no hand baskets available. I asked a cashier where they all were and she told me people kept stealing them this time of year, so there wasn't none. So, I shopped with plastic bags. To my dismay, fresh green beans were not available. Went to the poultry area and bone in chicken thighs were not available. Asked the guy behind the counter and he said they didn't come in today. So I had to buy the one pack of skinless boneless chicken thighs that was left. I have to change the way I cook to incorporate this product. Settled for frozen whole green beans thawed them out and they were mushy with lots of stems. I think this will be my last time to go to Kroger.

I ordered a refill on Dec. 24. I got notice on the 30th it was ready. I got to the drive through on Dec. 31. They only had one canister and it should have been three. The order was for 3 and the stated cost was $116.00, The young lady at the window told me she would reorder and the cost would be the same. I arrive at the pharmacy yesterday. My 3 canisters were now $575 but dated Jan 1 - not Dec 24 when the order was place. The pharmacist and I had a review of the last two weeks. She took it on herself to fix the issue. The final cost was $125. She save me $450 to start my Happy New Year. It is nice to see customer service in action.
