I had an appointment with Two Trees Optometry yesterday for new glasses and I just couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and incredible selection of frames! Dr. Skromme is a very skilled and thorough Optometrist and has a great staff. As I walked into the waiting room of the office I was greeted by a very professional individual who helped me with the sign-in process as a new client. After a very short wait, I was greeted by the woman that helped me select new frames with my new prescription lenses. She must have shown me two dozen frames and was very competent in how she placed the ones I liked the best in a separate area which helped me to zero in on the ones I would ultimately choose. I'm pretty far-sighted and it was hard for me to see how the glasses looked on me, so she placed a different large mirror directly in front of me that was magnified! My contacts prescription from Two Trees expired last week and I tried to get more contacts and they would not allow me to get more contacts (more than a few days worth) under the prescription. They said it is their policy. My policy is to not work with people that are trying to extract more money from me, so I will go elsewhere. read more

Formerly Pazen Optometry. Dr. Pazen passed the torch to Dr. Skromme, and couldn't have picked a better choice. The whole staff is as good as it gets! Been going to this office for years, and the service and friendliness is unparalleled. Everyone in a great mood, have a sense of humor, willing to talk to you on a personal as well as professional level. My appointment was on time. I like that they have you choose the "extras" (like retina pics/tonometry) on paper so you don't feel like they're trying to sell you something. Everybody was super friendly and professional. Dr. Skromme was great, he even showed me a picture they took of a dog's retina since I work in veterinary medicine. Little things like that make you feel like a person! He was quick, but in an efficient way. Choosing my glasses went smoothly. The staff here are so sweet... I brought my 10 year-old son in and the girl who did all the pre-exam was so sweet and friendly with him. She interacted with him so well and made him feel very comfortable. I had an eye exam on Monday with Dr skromme and he was very personable and nice. He listened to my vision problems went over my eye issues and prescribed glasses to me. He took the time to make sure the prescription was good. It takes a couple weeks to get into see them, but it's worth the wait. His staff is great! They helped me pick frames and they were ready within 3 days for fitting/pick up! read more

I love this office because everyone is always so nice. I recently had my husband come with me for the first time and he enjoyed the experience as well. I really appreciate them working on New Year's eve since I normally work Monday through Friday and don't get into town until about 6pm and I happen to be off every year on New Year's Eve. They still were able to squeeze me in. Glasses everywhere are price controlled by Luxotica. Because of that monopoly they are overpriced wherever you go. Two Trees is great read more
