I used this lawn company for 2 years, but unfortunately, their consistency and reliability have…read morereally declined. They had been providing the same service (weed eating along the fence line) without issue for over two years, but recently stopped performing part of the service without any notice or explanation. When I reached out to ask why, I was told it was no longer included and would now cost extra. No prior communication, no heads-up--just a sudden change. Their response was that it was being done as a "courtesy." Apparently this was a 2 year courtesy. On top of that, they've started adding random fees for things that are considered standard with most lawn companies--like weed eating along the fence line. It feels like they're nickel-and-diming customers rather than maintaining the quality and consistency of service. When I expressed concern, my feedback was dismissed rather than addressed. It felt like the blame was placed on me for expecting what had always been done before. Sadly, this shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I can't recommend a company that doesn't communicate changes clearly or show loyalty to long-term customers. If you're looking for reliable and transparent service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Is only lawn care company I have used in 30+ years that does not make up for missed lawns the same week.
