    So happy on our special day!

    Hailey and her team ensured that our wedding was truly a special day in April 2022. While we prepared all of our decor, and booked individual vendors ahead of time, they put together a run of show for everyone and coordinated all activities on the day-of. Two Roads Event company and their team were highly skilled, flexible, and on time to make it all work - exactly what any couple needs. Below is our detailed review of ways that Two Roads supported us on our special day. Leading up to the wedding We have been working with Two Roads since 2019. We started our planning process and they helped consult us on topics we are unfamiliar with since we are not in the wedding industry. They gave us sincere and real advice while also supporting our own goals and personal budgets and style. Due to COVID-19 and family emergencies we had to move our wedding at least four times and the Two Roads team has stuck with us the entire time. We cannot thank them enough for being there for us when we wanted to cancel everything and supporting us along this long roller coaster ride. You can tell the entire team puts their heart and soul into this work. And our production plan and documents helped us get all of our decor and vendors organized so we could easily transition all aspects of the wedding to the Two Roads team the day of. Taking care of bride and groom Hailey's team always made sure we had enough food, alcohol, and water so that we enjoyed our event and didn't worry about any small details. This might seem like a small task, but no one else at your wedding is going to care for you the way the TR team does because guests will be distracted with catching up with others and having a fun time themselves. By two roads taking care of our needs, our guests didn't have to worry about us, and could live in the magical moment. Decor We had decorations, some homemade and some that required set up and Hailey's team used the supplies that we gave them and transformed our venue. We trusted them to do what looked best and made sense and I must say I'm so happy we did that because they worked really hard to think about how the decor could flow and impress guests. Vendor management We had almost 10 individual vendors for TR to manage - multiple caterers, activities, and they managed to make friends by the end of the night with all of them. They kept the timeline running but also understood the organic nature of weddings and that nothing always goes according to schedule which is the magic of the event. The Two Roads team made sure our vendors had the information needed for the event ahead of time and also were supported during the wedding. They made sure everyone had a meal and had their needs met. They seriously take care of everyone. Guest management All of our guests kept telling my husband and I how professional and kind the event staff were. Having the TR team there to support our guests with anything ranging from providing them a beverage, helping finding their table, or providing an ice bag when a kid fell, truly made everyone feel taken care of and took that weight off our mind.

    I have to say, without Hailey, there is no way my wedding would have been anywhere near as seamlessly organized, beautiful, or as enjoyable for me and my husband or our guests. Hailey has impeccable taste, an attention to detail that is rivaled by none, and a true passion for what she does.     ***CLARIFICATION*** As personal policy, I cannot let someone try to Yelp-shame me vis a vis allusions of extortion when I merely tried to leave a genuine account of my experience with their company without any expectation of monetary refund or even communication from their company. If anything, that reflects on the company and the way their business is conducted. In the sequence of events, Two Roads unilaterally stopped correspondence during previous attempts at resolution. Within days of leaving my honest opinion and experience, Two Roads initiated contact with me with an offer of $500 to remove my comments. As Two Roads says they shared information with me in emails, I have shared their initial email reaching out to me in case of further claims of lost documentation. I am not a legal expert, but that does not sound like extortion of their company and if anything could be interpreted as an obtuse attempt at bribery. A lawyer who promotes her abilities to pore over legal documentation on behalf of her clients for their weddings should have seen Yelp's Terms of Service before offering $500 in direct violation of their TOS. I suspect that same level of attention to detail played a role in the oversight about the deposit in question. Regardless, the source of our dissatisfaction (or "anger" as it was characterized) stems not from our feeling that we deserve a refund from another vendor (another issue), but rather dissatisfaction with your lack of accountability and it continues to be demonstrated by inappropriately calling us out for behavior you initiated. We just wanted to leave our honest review so potential clients could have a balanced view of our experience in working with you, and not just see ratings based on your vendors' accomplishments - for example, how beautiful and postable the pictures were, or how amazing the caterer was. I am allowed to leave a review and I do not deserve to be characterized as an extortionist when it is your very own practices that may be questionable. I hope Yelp does an investigation of your recent reviews, as one now has to call into question the validity of your reviews altogether. ************ Tierney B. I really appreciate your review. That aligns with my exact same experience. If she put as much effort into her work as crafting the response to your review, I am sure she could be amazing. Unfortunately, that was not the case for either of us. I received the same type of patronizing responses from her for her mistakes and oversights as well. If anything, she seems to have had consistency in service over 3 years.

    Avoid at all costs. Hailey kept our $7,125 for producing absolutely nothing for our wedding in 6 months time, except for a Pinterest board (that I could have easily done myself) and insanely long emails. When we asked her for a breakdown of costs to date, she pointed to the contract and said that the $7,125 goes to opportunity cost. Seems sketchy as it doesn't look like she had that many weddings this year according to her instagram page. She never picked up the phone to call me when things started going south. She just kept writing lengthy, fluffy emails and saying she wishes we could have talked (my phone NEVER rang). It was wrong for her to keep our $7,125 and now that our wedding is behind us, we will be taking legal action. Email communications already attached. She put way more effort into these emails than she ever did planning anything for our wedding! Looks like she will put even more effort into responding to negative yelp reviews. For a grand total of $14,000+, Hailey's wedding planning services fell way short. Luckily, we had the best day thanks to a new planner. Do yourself a favor and read all reviews (especially the negative ones) before hiring this company.

We were less than 8 weeks from our wedding date, without a venue, with more than 150 Save the Dates sent out, and uncertain if we would even be able to have any kind of ceremony in the midst of a pandemic, let alone whether that ceremony would put our family and closest friends at risk. What Best Bride did for us in such a short amount of time was truly remarkable! While we had to significantly cut down our guest count Leora made sure that every possible Covid precaution was taken to keep our family and loved ones safe while still giving us a day more magical than we ever dreamed of. We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

    Just wanted to sing praises for the amazing support Alexis provided for our wedding dinner at Bar…read moreChelou. My husband and I wanted to plan something of a wedding celebration dinner, and we knew we needed some help because we live on the other side of the country and also none of our family and friends were available to provide much support. JM Events came recommended to me by my photographer who had been in the wedding industry for over a decade. I set up a call with Lilian and we went over my vision for what kind of event I was envisioning and she discussed what kinds of services JME could provide for our event and also shared that they had planned and coordinated similar type events in the recent past. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning.  The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide.  Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned.  I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. From the start, however, we already knew we wanted to work with Lilian and her team. Given that I had more time, somewhat wanted the challenge of planning a wedding, and felt pretty prepared, we opted for the month-of services. Once we started working with Lilian, our wedding-planning life honestly became sooo much easier. I feel like we had a pretty good idea and plan for everything we needed, yet, Lilian still, easily, made things even better. There were so many things we didn't know we needed. She was so thorough, organized, and thoughtful and knowing she and her team would be by our side to finalize the details and (basically) walk us down the aisle, really put us at ease. Her communication was spot on - not just with us, but with our vendors, and with handling any (not unexpected) last minute changes. She was so easy to reach and communicate with, and was always so patient and efficient. She knew what we wanted, what we needed, and offered suggestions along the way. On our big day, her team was just as great - from the pre-wedding set up, making sure our bridal party had everything we needed, even helping us order boba - Lilian had everything all thought out. She checked in with us throughout the busy night, and helped wrap things up seamlessly. We truly couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and would not have had it any other way. I'd recommend her to everybody I know - for any event, big or small! Thank you JME team!

I had the pleasure of working directly with Nira and Karly, while planning my fairytale wedding in Santorini, Greece. They planned the most beautiful destination wedding for us and I never doubted them for a second through the entire process. They handled absolutely everything for me, from helping me find my perfect wedding dress to surprising us with a kick ass Firework show on our very last day in Greece. They made it possible to truly enjoy the entire wedding planning process, so that I would not have to stress at all. Not only were they the easiest people to work with, but they absolutely NAILED everything I threw at them and SO much more! Their attention to detail, creativity, vision, organization and professionalism is definitely what I loved about them the most! They curated an entire weekend for my wedding party to the tee, from our magical rehearsal dinner on the edge of a cliff in Oia, Santorini. To sailing through the Mediterranean on the most epic catamaran, and obviously making our special day a day that we will never forget! The list goes on and on! All I can say, is that Justin and myself are so thankful to have met such amazing girls like Nira and Karly and will continue to recommend them as planners to everyone that we know!! All I had to do was describe my vision for our event and she did the rest. Constant updates on pieces she wanted to incorporate along with pricing. She worked so hard at getting us the best deal! She stayed within our budget but somehow managed to exceed my expectations. The day of the shower I felt like everything just fell into place and I completely trusted her timing and judgement. I know the time and effort it took her and will be forever grateful!
