This 5-star review is for our salesman, Carl Dassinger. In April of 2023, we reached out to Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, for a quote on a special order F-350. Carl reached out to us immediately and within 30 minutes, we had placed the smoothest and easiest special order we have ever done for ANYTHING. And while every other dealer wanted MSRP (or above) for a special order, Two Rivers had a very fair price of 1% over invoice. To our amazement, our special order truck was built just six weeks later and we took delivery on June 1st. Again, this time during the delivery process, Carl could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. Truly outstanding customer service all around. If you are looking to place a special order on a Ford, you could not do better than do do it through Carl Dassinger at Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Thank you Carl!

Another Car Dealer waisting your time. Used Cars here are priced as high or higher than some of the comparable New Cars, this makes no practical sense, except to have you & your time already so invested in the car and dealership they have you ready to submit to anything. You would think that someone could sell more cars if they just would be straight forward and give you the prices of the cars they want to sell. As the price of cars I was shopping came down, so did the value of my trade-in, not happy with these practices and not buying it, at least not here.

Drivers front tire - trashed.

I paid to have an alignment done on my truck in addition to "The Works" package.... 6,100 miles later and now I need to buy new front tires. The guy didn't even call me to approve the service - he told me it was like $149 or $199 but they just "got it done for me" and only charged me $49. Thanks bud, your $100 discount just cost me $650 in tires. I have only, ever, purchased and driven Ford's - and it has absolutely nothing to do with this dealership.

Defective Van; Refused to Honor Warranty…read more I purchased a 2015 Dodge ProMaster from Wholesale Inc for ~$31,116.76 on March 30, 2019. I was given a 30 day warranty on the van. The van was defective. While traveling for 60 minutes on the interstate, the van lost power and had a max of 30mph. Multiple check engine lights appeared on the dashboard. On April 22, 2019 at 10:06am, I texted Breanne Carver of Wholesale Inc that the van was defective. Her response was to make a claim on the Wholesale INC 30 day warranty, but they do not fix anything on site. She advised me to take the van into the Dodge Dealership to start the warranty process. I did. The van has been in the shop since April 22 (103 days and counting). On June 18 at 3:37pm, I texted Breanne Carver to make a claim on the warranty. She did not respond. On June 18 at 4:31pm, I texted Jamie Sniderhan to make a claim on the warranty. He denied my claim. I reminded him that I started the claim with Wholesale Inc within the 30 day warranty. He has not responded. I want them to honor their warranty and correct the damages that they have inflicted. I want to be made whole as if we never did business together; specifically, remove 5 hard inquiries from my Equifax credit score. Buyback the van from me, paying off the loan to the bank that financed it. Reimburse me the interest and payments made on the van.

My initial experiences with them started out favorably- I needed a radiator replaced on my truck…read moreand they had it done in about a week. However, the water pump started leaking, and I took it back to Cartime to have it replaced- that's when the problems really started. I went through a colossal ping-pong game with them to get the water pump replaced, and it still never happened. The owner claimed he was ordering the part and lied about it- first he said he was buying it online, then he said he was getting it at a local parts store. Nearly two weeks elapsed before he even claimed to have the part-and I still don't know if he was telling the truth. I insisted on paying him for the work that had been done on it in diagnosing the water pump problem. The owner said it would be $150 and he only took cash- a huge red flag. When I asked for a receipt after paying that amount, he said he would text it to me on my phone. That never happened. The hours they post were not accurate; they would close early and were frequently unavailable for me to check on the status of my truck. When I'd call their number, it would just ring- no voicemail, no return calls. Nothing. All in all, they held my truck for nearly a month and never did anything to it. There was always an excuse- their mechanic didn't show up to work, their garage didn't have adequate heating, always something. Then, the owner has the gall to post a rebuttal on social media saying he didn't charge me for the time my vehicle was on his lot- even though it was there due to his own incompetence. And he also made it out as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me for the antifreeze that was put in my vehicle- even though I paid him $150. Their ethical conduct andcustomer service is beyond horrible-PLEASE pick any auto mechanic shop other than this one if you're in the Lebanon area.

First of…read moreall, they didn't have the title for the vehicle we purchased and didn't bother to acquire it from the auction until I called to follow up a month after the purchase. As for our trade in, they never paid it off even after three months due to some ignorant mistakes on their part, again only being resolved after I called over and over pressuring them to get this done. Every answer I got felt like a lie or excuse and suddenly was resolved by the end of the business day when I dropped the friendly and forgiving demeanor. My credit score went down due to having two active car loans and my reimbursement from my previous lender for the difference in the current payoff and payoff check will not include THREE WHOLE MONTHS of accrued interest. I had to jump through hoops not to be fined by the state for not insuring a car I didn't have and I had to call and hold their hands through every step of this trade in. Very unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest group of folks, so if you buy from them be prepared to do everything yourself until all your ducks are in a row...

Vehicle: 2008 Lexus LS 460 L 4dr Sedan Prior to purchasing the vehicle the car fax was provided to me and I asked validating questions about vehicle directly to Jamie. Upon receiving the car it was immediately noted by me that vehicle displayed the following issues: all 4 vehicle rims were not what were advertised on Car Guru's listing and not what was agreed upon. Rear tires were bald and had zero tread on them on. Vehicle was leaking oil on my driveway. I called Jamie the next business day to state concerns and was directed by him to take vehicle to a repair shop to have it completely inspected. Repair shop provided list of all safety issues that would need to be addressed asap: Horn not working, torn windshield wipers, front sway bar bushings needed, front/rear air shocks needed, 4 tires needed (rear bald - front has balding on edges), transmission slipping, front rear facing ball joints torn, oil filter housing cracked causing oil leak, engine timing cover leaking oil. Needs new tires and alignment. After sharing these issues with Jamie his response was that any labor needed on the vehicle was my responsibility and that "Midas could not be trusted and their business model is to scare and overcharge". He suggested I shop around for the repairs. The issues must all be addressed in order for vehicle to pass PA state inspection - which I informed Jamie would be needed upon my receiving the car. Jamie knowingly sent me an UNSAFE vehicle and NEVER disclosed any of these SAFETY issues. I did not agree to purchase a vehicle in this condition. As of 6/11/24 the vehicle is completely inoperable and has been issued a preliminary diagnosis of a failed fuel pressure sensor. I am making monthly payments ($346/mo.) and the car is not safe and not operable.

I did not forget about his willingness to help, and his kindness. In 2016 when my Mom in Law needed a new vehicle, I recommended she go to Wilson Co Motors to take a look. (we live in Murfreesboro). My wife and I went with her, and I was impressed with the low pressure sales experience. Not personally having a car payment for the last several years has been great, but my wife and I were in a situation where we needed a newer, dependable vehicle. Don't get me wrong, both our 99 Silverado with 256,000 miles and our Equinox with 202,000 miles are still going strong! I contacted Wilson Co. Motors and spoke with Brandon, after a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Traverse caught my eye. He answered many questions via text and phone. My family went the next day to look at this vehicle, and Austin was a great salesman. Certainly there was some negotiating that went on, but it was not this painful haggle over price like I had experienced years ago. I had also done my research and knew what I felt comfortable paying. Once we settled on a price, Belinda was great at explaining the different finance options. We remembered her from two years prior, when my mom in law purchased her car. Everyone we have dealt with at Wilson Co. Motors are kind, professional, and they provide a GREAT experience. I can not say enough good things about this company. I think the 92 years of business within the same family speaks volumes. My profession is a Customer Service Manager, and I can tell you that for every 1 compliment, there are 10 complaints no matter how good a company is, unfortunately. I would honestly drive past 10 dealerships to get to this one!

I've given this dealership more than enough chances, and every visit has been a reminder of why I…read moreshould have stopped going after the first one. Their staff consistently shows a lack of competence, and the sales manager was outright rude and dismissive. It's honestly shocking how disorganized and slow their entire process is. On the service side, they even caused damage to one of my vehicles that later had to be repaired -- something that should never happen. I tried again with a different vehicle for a completely unrelated issue, hoping it was just a one-off, but the same level of incompetence showed up all over again. The sales team doesn't seem to understand the order of their own process, and everything requires multiple follow-ups just to get basic information. After several interactions, it's clear this dealership has major systemic issues. I highly recommend avoiding this place altogether. Save yourself the frustration and take the extra drive to another Chevy dealership that actually knows what it's doing.

I took it to them on Friday February 20th to see if they'd purchase it. After all, I get emails and mailers from them all the time saying they want to buy my Durango. I don't write business updates often, as it usually takes a special or terrible experience for me…read moreto do so. But this time, I'm happy to share that it's been a positive experience. Since I bought my RAV4, now called Nirvash, I've regularly gone to Toyota of Gallatin for service and upkeep. Apart from changing tires, I trust them with everything else I can't handle myself--like replacing wiper blades or the air filters. Over the years, I've heard some not-so-great stories about dealerships taking advantage of customers, but luckily, Toyota of Gallatin has always been honest and fair with me. Every visit, they make sure I have all the info I need to take good care of my vehicle. They even do this when there's an opportunity to make extra money from services I ask about but don't actually need. For instance, about a year ago, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to replace both the cabin and engine air filters. It turned out the cabin filter needed replacing, but the engine filter was still in great shape. They asked if I really wanted the engine filter replaced, showing it to me to confirm it was fine. That saved me around $50-70 that they could have charged me for that day. Earlier this week, I visited for fuel treatment and brake service. They completed the overdue fuel and engine cleaning treatment, but upon inspection, they found my brake pads still had plenty of life. They told me I was good to go, which saved over $600 in parts, labor, and taxes that could have added up. I asked for the service anyway, and they could have done it for extra profit but chose to be honest and fair about what was really needed. I've heard a lot of stories about certain dealerships just trying to rack up big bills by recommending unnecessary repairs. But so far, Toyota of Gallatin has been different. Their honesty and fairness have earned my trust and loyalty.

The air bag light wouldnt turn off. The electrical components for the windows dont work. They said they would fix the car but nothing was ever resolved. We've actually had to PAY THEM for the catalytic converter to be fixed only for it to still crap out on us and need to be replaced again and of course the check engine light returned 2 weeks later. Also after our first repair, all of the tires had nails in them. We brought it up but they said that the tires already had nails in them. They didnt. We had the catalytic converter replaced again after that but the check engine light still came on until eventually a year after purchasing the vehicle gave up and the engine blew out. Any timevafter that we called to try to have the car replaced, repaired or refunded, they blew me off and said they wouldn't do that. They told me to let the warranty company deal with any repair costs. (The daimond warranty the sell barely does anything). When asked for a refund they said to let the buyers group handle it. We're stuck paying off this car now because they cant be bothered to properly check the vehicles they sell.
