I purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic from Blake Pruitt in March 2025. I had to beg to test drive the vehicle. On the test drive I noticed the alignment was off. Blake stated that was impossible. The very next day after buying the car my tire pressure light came on. I took it back to Gallatin Honda & they said nothing was wrong with it. Recently my phone fell under the passenger seat. I went to grab it & grabbed a Raid roach bait instead. I'm assuming Gallatin Honda put it there. It is confirmed the car has roaches to this day. I took the car to a local dealership to trade it in. They refuse to take it because the car has been in TWO accidents. Again Gallatin Honda never gave us the car fax. I went yesterday to the service department at Gallatin Honda for a nail in my tire. They needed to replace the tire but I declined. I took the car to tire discounters today. I need not one but FOUR new tires because the front tires are bald because it needs a front end alignment. Reanne spoke with my husband regarding our trade in and was super helpful. He was not pushy, at all, which I highly appreciate. He was so personable and friendly and knew his stuff about the vehicles we were looking at. He was willing to help with any and all questions. Their service center is atrocious!!! Even with recalls/technical bulletins from Honda on our Pilot, they still refused to fix our vehicle. Kept saying they either don't have the part, the code that comes up doesn't line up with the recall(even though car was having issues related to the recalls and technical issues released by Honda HQ) or they would say the issue was something else(that cost several hundred $$$). Last visit, Jarred(Jarrod) wouldn't even tell us what all was wrong with our vehicle, even though we were paying $150 for a diagnostic to determine that exact thing. He stated he'd have to fix the first problem before he could move on/run a check for other issues. Needless to say, we're never going here or buying Honda ever again!!!! read more

They talk at you like you're stupid especially if you're from out of state. I've had my Pilot in here for service a few time now and these guys are the best. I had an emissions code and changed the downstream O2 probe myself but still had the code. Jared took great care of me and it didn't cost me a dime. They reset the code and it didn't come back. He told me that we aren't going to charge you because we didn't do anything. Purchased a 2026 Honda Odyssey on October 4th of 2025. On Nov. 28th my van started having issues. Every light on the dash came on. Every error code it could throw was flashing. It went into limp mode. A rollback came and picked it up and took it back to Honda in Gallatin. Magically, all the codes were gone after it sat overnight. They claim they found no issues, topped it off with oil, and sent me home in it. (Red flag - why did you have to top it off with oil when it is brand new?) Same issue happened January 12th. I called Gallatin Honda, and they told me to wait and bring it the next day because they were about to close. I had my cousin to pull the codes with his equipment (he runs a body shop). Magically once again, all the codes were gone after it sat overnight. I took it down to Gallatin on the 13th. I had to fuss with them just to see the codes pulled on another computer to show them that there was an actual issue with the car. They told me that they couldn't take those codes because they were not "Honda" codes. I told them they would be replacing something and to fix my issue. They replaced a rocker arm oil sensor. During this whole process, it has been a nightmare to work with them. I even asked the guy when I left the 2nd time "how many more times do I have to come back before it is considered a lemon?" He said 3 times. I said so "The next time I bring this then it is considered a Lemon?" He said yes, but I would have to talk to corporate for that. Guess what, the issue happened a 3rd time on Feb 4th. I drove it to Gallatin as soon as the lights came on and by the time I arrived (1 hour away) there was something popping under the hood. They replaced a spool valve. When I showed up, they wanted to push me off to talk to corporate and not them. When I called and left Marc (general manger) a message, he never returned my call. When picking up my van the 3rd time, I noticed that the enterer lights were dimming as we were trying to upgrade the system on WiFi. The service manager "Josh" was sitting in the van. I said is that normal? He said he wasn't sure and would check another van and call me the next day. He never called me. I called Corporate and opened a case. They basically said we see no reason to buy back the car and we are going to replace it. What good is a Lemon Law if you are not going to follow it? It clearly states in the state of TN that if it goes in 3 times for the SAME issue then it is considered a lemon. Corporate also stated that I could work with the dealership directly because they are privately owned. I called Gallatin Honda and the best the Sales manager at Gallatin Honda could do was tell me I could give them another $7,500 for the exact same van and they would trade me out of it. Gallatin Honda and Honda Corporate could care less about you or your car because they have your money already. They were not willing to do anything for me except say, we will replace parts under warranty if the issue happens again. It is a shame that no one cares about anyone anymore. All they see is that $$. I do not trust this vehicle. I do not trust it to take us on family vacations out of town and especially with my two small children riding in it. Once again, no one cares at the dealership level or the corporate level. They got you. read more

I was told to bring my vehicle in at 8am. I told them what I need repaired. They still tried to charge me a diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong and said that when I got there. All I needed was my door cable to be fixed. It's now 2pm. My car didn't get into the bay until 12-12:30pm. And now everyone is supposedly at lunch for 2 hours. Horrible place DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They said they did a walk around vehicle inspection. What a joke. And I never signed off on it either! Literally not a sit thing is written on this paper. Long story short, I bought a Honda Crv sport hybrid-L. Everything went well, fast forward 5000 miles my wife picked up a framing nail in her sidewall of her tire of all places. I called a few places, "di$count tire" was the most expensive, then Firestone was cheaper. So I called Gallatin Honda and spoke with Robert in service about getting a new exact tire like the other three. Well, they were pleasantly and surprisingly cheaper. They claim it is fixed, but I still get official notifications that it is not fixed, and that there are still open recalls. They told me that I needed new windshield wiper inserts. I just bought a car and they were super non responsive while multiple different parts of my car were being worked on. I was under the impression, it was just the window not rolling down. Granted, they let me drive a rental vehicle but that is definitely not my preferred option especially because I planned on traveling so far. I always had to reach out and it was always was "it'll be ready Thursday" "oh sorry, it'll be ready Saturday!" like yall just be honest and I wouldn't have an issue. The sales rep we worked with was really slow and multiple times said he would get us an answer by the end of the day and then we would not hear a word until we reached back out asking again. This dealership forces you to buy things that are not necessary when purchasing the car. We put a deposit on a car that had not yet arrived and they still gave us no option. With sensitivities to chemicals, the stuff they put on the seats has been extremely difficult. Definitely will not return to this dealership. read more

This location is not the closest to me, but since I knew I would be in the area, I booked an appointment to have an oil change here and to check out the new vehicles in the showroom (diehard Honda owner here). My oil change was scheduled in the early morning. I arrive on time and am met with a quick and friendly hello. After appointment verification details were done, I waited to be notified that my vehicle is ready. The waiting area is by far the nicest facility of any Honda dealer in the US that I have visited. Very spacious and comfortable with a pretty good coffee maker which was greatly needed at 7am! The oil change took just a hair over 1 hour. Kinda long, but since nothing else was going at that time of day, I was not stressed about the length of time it took. Once I did receive my vehicle, I paid the bill ($10 more than my closest dealer) and drove off. Footnote to this... some Honda dealerships offer a complementary car wash of which mine was not. One very definitive thing I will say... I would NEVER buy a vehicle here! Seriously, I realize its a brand new "store" so it has to be paid for, but the prices I saw on the vehicles in the showroom were insane! You have the factory sticker price on the window with the MSRP on it. Next to that is the dealer sticker (usually to the right). Compare the MSRP and the numbers are not the same. The dealer MSRP was about $1,000 more! Sorry, I don't want to join this circus! read more

Justin, you're wonderful- thank you for your warm, disarming hospitality. Jordan, your arrogance and ignorance wasted my time and nearly cost me double. During our initial unpleasant conversation, you looked at me and told me I was "100% wrong" about what I was previously told a few weeks prior by another sales manager at your location and that person wasn't the end all be all. It turned out you were the one in the wrong. Acknowledgment of this or at the very least an apology for wasting my time, requiring an unnecessary second trip to the store would have gone a long way. When I asked who I could speak to above you to resolve the discrepancy, you informed me only the owner was above you. Furthermore, upon my arrival the second time, you gave me a piece of paper with the agreed upon number Honda would be purchasing my vehicle for. When I agreed, you casually asked for the paper back (my $200 mistake for handing it back to you) and proceeded the lower that number by $200 when you presented me with the final sheet to sign 10 minutes later (yes, I noticed). I still have the paper with original quote you provided me, which you should have honored. Lastly, you assured me my check would be mailed out 24-48 hours later. 10 days later, it still was not mailed out and I had to go yet AGAIN a third time to pick it up (a coincidence- I think not). We were excited when a Honda dealer opened up close by. We brought our car in for an oil change and check for a noise coming from the wheels. We picked the car up with 2 tires indicating they were low, my wife questioned the service rep and the rep said we had dry rot tires (that were only 2yrs old from Honda) that needed replacement and an alignment. We obviously didn't need new tires so my wife left with low pressure. When she got home she told me what happened, I filled 3 tires that were low myself, that they claimed they filled only hrs previously. I left a message to the service manager to call me but he didn't do so, until I wrote about my experience on google the he called over a week later. My wife and I moved to the middle Tennessee area several weeks ago. My new company has purchased several Honda vehicles from Gallatin Honda for themselves and their kids as they got older. We went to Gallatin Honda to purchase / lease two vehicles from them based on the owners of my new company recommendations. We placed a car for my wife on order a few months ago and it finally arrived. Gallatin Honda made a good amount of money on my wife's trade in on her 20218 HRV for a new 2023 HRV. Actually they are selling it for more than we paid for it. We paid $25,000 for it and they are selling it now on their website for $25,999.00 with 37,000 miles on it as a CPO car! They will make approximately $4K in profit on the sale of this vehicle and also the lease deal on her new 2023 HRV that we just picked up last week. I have been trying now to get a car for me from them and they are not honoring the lease deals that they have listed on their own website. You think that getting two cars from one dealership with give you a loyalty factor, but I guess not. After being in the auto industry as a sales person, sales manager and internet manager, I find this to be very unprofessional! Not great customer service and not any customer loyalty! We have leased 4 Honda's over the years from Honda Motor Credit and have been loyal to the brand. I think it is time to go back to Toyota. Everyone, please be aware of all the Auto Dealers that are taking advantage of you because their lack of inventory on new and pre-owned cars at this time and stay away from Gallatin Honda if you live in the area. read more

we have a 2017 Pilot. we loved the car until year 4. For the last 3 months it's been at this dealership getting fixed for system problems every 3 weeks. I don't think it's a coincidence that every time we take it in for an error message, we get it back with a new error message. This time, one window won't roll down, the alarm won't engage and we are now getting an ignition error, literally 2 weeks after getting it back from them. We got a call from the tech who said to just diagnose the window issue, we are looking at around $500.... NOT EVEN TO FIX IT!! He didn't even mention what he was doing to fix the alarm or the ignition error. My recommendation is either 1. Don't buy a Honda Pilot or 2. Don't get it serviced at this dealership. Never been so mad at a dealership. We were so happy to have a Honda dealership north of town. We all drive Honda's. First visit we were looking at new vehicles for our daughter. Asked them to let us know when they got in some HRVs that weren't black, white or grey. Never called us. We saw it on the website and went in on our own. Determined it was too expensive. Asked for them to keep a look out on an Accord or Civic used in our price range. Again no call. Again saw on their website something we liked. Went in to see the Accord. Was sold the day before. Ok our bad luck. Now the fun part. We decided on a Civic we liked. As we are negotiating the price, someone comes out, starts the car and drives it off to a waiting couple who test drive the car. Never says anything. Our salesperson doesn't say anything like we have someone else interested if you want it you need to let me know. I go in to talk to the manager his comment was oh well we have someone else interested in the car. Again no if you want it you were looking first and you can have first option. Not only that we asked our sales person for the key to drive it. Could not believe it. Between the poor sales service not calling us and not giving us the option to buy a car we were clearly looking at first, we have gotten off to a terrible start with our new dealership.
