It's like a new car but cost no more than we would have paid for the same car at another place where a substandard car was bought from an auction with a quick detail. We'll own this car for years. They have a free one year complete warranty, which is unheard of with a used car like ours. Our neighbors have bought several cars. It's a business Todd built from the ground up. After appointment verification details were done, I waited to be notified that my vehicle is ready. The waiting area is by far the nicest facility of any Honda dealer in the US that I have visited. Very spacious and comfortable with a pretty good coffee maker which was greatly needed at 7am! The oil change took just a hair over 1 hour. Kinda long, but since nothing else was going at that time of day, I was not stressed about the length of time it took. Once I did receive my vehicle, I paid the bill ($10 more than my closest dealer) and drove off. Footnote to this... some Honda dealerships offer a complementary car wash of which mine was not. One very definitive thing I will say... I would NEVER buy a vehicle here! Seriously, I realize its a brand new "store" so it has to be paid for, but the prices I saw on the vehicles in the showroom were insane! You have the factory sticker price on the window with the MSRP on it. Next to that is the dealer sticker (usually to the right). Compare the MSRP and the numbers are not the same. The dealer MSRP was about $1,000 more! Sorry, I don't want to join this circus!

At the time I made the decision to buy an extended warranty, which proved to be a good decision. This vehicle came with factory trailer and off-road packages. I have not put excessive mileage on it, I have used it for some limited trailer pulling, and have never gone off-road. My experience with Jeeps and multiple CDJR dealer service departments (including Rhythm) over the past 2 1/2 years is as follows: - CDJR service departments will eventually get the job done right, but it will not be quick or cheap. - While the CDJR service reps are professional and honest, there seems to be little sense of urgency from dealer service departments, including timely updates. - There is always something unexpected that will come-up to delay completion of a service, often causing extra trips back. - Even though they are CDJR dealers, they carry limited parts and it takes days to get what is needed. So if you considering buying a Jeep: - Jeeps can be reliable but they are high maintenance requiring both vigilence and diligence. - Maintenance will not be cheap, especially if you utilize service from a CDJR dealership. - Service from CDJR dealerships is not quick or convenient. - Extended warranties for Jeeps can be costly but are probably not a bad idea. - Initial factory warranties are generally industry minimums. I suggest you shop and compare. If these do not fit your needs, you should probably consider buying something else.
