Honestly, upsetting how bad this place has gotten. Almost two years ago, I brought my 2024 Ford Bronco for $969 a month (with all the warranties and maintenance package) and since then I have always recommended people to go through. I thought about possibly trading in for a 2026 Mustang Ecoboost Premium or 2026 Ford Outer Banks. Due to my divorce in process I knew I'd possibly have a down payment but no big deal. I have a great job that always overtime and I could always save up. I test drove the Mustang and wasn't quite inlove with it like I am with my Bronco. It came with more cons than negatives in my mind, the most important being space. I let them run numbers anyway. What I didn't expect was to be flat out being lied to by the salesperson, Justin, and the sales manager, Tony. Even with an interest rate of 11.5%, there's no way the monthly being $943 on a $43000 price tag for 72 months. The total should be around $830-$850 without packages and was told this did not include packages. I even mentioned it at the table with the Justin and Tony and they kept saying this was such a great deal and I needed to sign immediately to secure it. I decided to go lay eyes on the car since I was given a used car to drive and the car turned out to have grey seats, which I'm completely against. The car does come in black seats, even if it's a slight up charge. Justin kept texting me after I left the dealership to sign the paperwork and "this was the only car the bank would approve" and "you can get black seats once we finish the paperwork" meaning that I would have to come out of pocket for them, which finance later confirmed I would need to pay for them. A day or two later, John, their finance person, called me about the paperwork. I had him send the contract. He stated he was "able to workout a deal with Ford" and get my payment to $899 a month with all the warranties added. Mind you, the car is priced at full price, there is a $2500 trade in bonus the dealership has and $500 first responder bonus given by Ford. The warranties on the contract were also listed at full price. I told John I didn't want the car due to having grey seats anyway and they offered to split the cost of changing them to black seats if I paid half of the cost which is $2000. Thank god I asked for the actual contract to be sent to me so I can review the numbers properly. What they didn't tell me was they were taking one of my warranty refunds towards the down payment, ON TOP OF THE DOWN PAYMENT I WAS ALREADY GIVING THEM, when I had been told I was receiving it as a refund. On Monday, I told him I didn't want the Mustang. I would rather save for a newer Outer Banks. Like I said, I have a great job with OT provided and can work towards the goal I want. At this point I had received multiple text messages throughout the day and didn't appreciate being harassed while at work. I finally called him out on being lied to, the fact that the car has been on their lot for over 300 days, and that I don't appreciate how he spoke to me about it "not being possible with certain situations." I'll no longer be recommending this place for sales again.
The service department though is absolutely great. Everyone is always kind and efficient. Thank you at least for that! read more
