We spent a week at Two Rivers RV Resort in October. I sent this email to them with this review, hoping to hear back so I wouldn't have to leave a public review but never heard a peep so here goes! First, we loved our week there, we felt safe in your beautiful park and enjoyed all the offerings Sevierville and surrounding areas have to offer. I do have to give you some unsolicited feedback tho on our time at your resort. First, the good: The cement pads with night lights and privacy hedges are wonderful. Wi-Fi and cable worked perfectly. Quiet and upscale crowd made us feel safe. Easy in and out parking was nice even tho we weren't allowed to have a river front spot due to the pull in only rule. Not sure why rigs cant just pull in from the other direction and back in, in our opinion that's a stupid rule. The little "private" back yard was a pleasant touch. Now for the bad: The no fire pit or wood fires rule is absolutely unheard of in our experience. We have never, ever been camping with no campfire. That's one big reason we go camping. If you don't allow each site to have a fire pit, maybe a community fire at night would be a nice touch. The no wire pet pens is also a HUGE disappointment. We have 2 tiny chihuahuas that love to be out with us and to not let them have their little pen they're used to was very disruptive to our plans. Don't tell me people have left the pets out in them unattended because those guys in those golf carts drove by AT LEAST every 10 minutes all week, watching everyone's every move. That was THE most annoying thing of all. We felt watched at every action from walking to the laundry room washing clothes to sitting out to walking the dogs. Oh, and if they're "patrolling" the one block stretch so much, why can't they offer a trash pick up service? That would have been a very nice touch. It was in the 80s most of the week, we arrived Sunday the 1st and the pool was open on day 1. On day 2 the pool was closed, I asked about it and they told me it was closed because it was going to get cold later in the week. Yes, but what about the next 4 days that it was mid 80s? THAT was a huge disappointment, not to be able to swim at all. We feel like we didn't get the full resort experience or value for the price we paid that we were looking so forward to. All in all, we had a nice time. I do extensive research before we choose where we stay and as you know, there are LOTS of choices. I didn't think I needed to expressly look to see if a fire pit is on each site but I will now add that to my checklist for choosing sites. I hope you appreciate hearing from your guests and that you'll consider changing some of your restrictive rules in the future.

Loved our first trip in our RV! Beautiful resort, staff treat you like family, had a few "issues" with our RV and everyone was very helpful. We had a concrete site on the river, very private, beautifully landscaped. Everything was immaculate, quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed going to Pigeon Forge, so many unique local restaurants ( need to try the Local Goat) our Aussie, Murphy, loved his vacay too! Thank you!

Beautiful RV resort in the heart of activities. Just gorgeous, serene, and easy to navigate. All pull in for sites on the river. It is walking distance to the Knife store (Major large and sells cooking stuff to), also walk to Lodge Cookware. Easy hook up, plenty of power 50 amp, no interruptions. Yes, it is quiet here and we loved it. Beautiful rigs are staying here at the moment. One site is private, also a beautiful rig. Easy to unhook and the road out front is nearly -0- traffic so we hooked up the toad out there. It is a little hard to find and the signage could be better, but we did not get lost, only got nervous we might be heading into a dead end ...but happily we were not and found the park.

Very nice luxury RV park. Small with only 55 spaces. We stopped here on our way home from Georgia for one night, it was on $84. So clean and very well landscaped. It has a nice pool and play ground area, as well as a dog walk area. Our site faced the river. They are selective about the type of rig they allow to camp there. I can't say enough about how nice this park is.

This is a very nice RV park. Immaculately clean. The river views are spectacular. And it's QUIET. Short drives to local attractions. We loved our stay, we will be back!

Beautiful! That's the first word that comes to mind. All the Sites are paved with cement and next to the beautiful river. The WiFi worked well and the staff was friendly. We had a riverfront spot and only wish we had more time to spend there. The price was only $61 with a Good Sam discount, and I think that was a bargain for what it was.

Top Notch Little RV Resort right on the River in Sevierville, TN! Staff is very friendly! Convenient location to Interstate 40. We are here for The 2019 Bassmaster Classic and had reservation at a Campground closer to Knoxville, but it was so run down we left & came here! So glad we did! So beautiful & well manicured. Close to stores, restaurants, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg. Took us about 25 min. to get to Knoxville and was an easy drive. Very nice clubhouse, pool & playground. Only 55 sites and campground is not very big! Not sure it would be my pick if I still had young kids or was bringing grandkids. If you want to do traditional camping activities, like campfire with wood not allowed and not much room for kids to run & play or ride bikes. But if you are here to go to parks, shows, amusements, shopping, This would be a great base camp.

I can't say enough good things about Mandy and Billy Gerken and their cleaning / handyman company. Without a dedicated, professional, high quality team like these guys I don't think it would be possible to remotely manage my cabin as successfully as I have. In less than 90 days of operation I have achieved Airbnb's "Superhost" status, and earned 16 nearly all 5-star reviews from guests. Many of my guests have remarked how clean and organized my cabin is. "Extremely clean" "Very clean, cabin feel" "We appreciate how clean the cabin was" "The cabin was extremely clean and organized" And for the Yelp Mafia who hid my last review for being fake, I invite you to go to my Airbnb listing to see these glowing reviews airbnb . com /h/libertyhaven What my guests' don't know is how much work Mandy and Billy and their team did to get my new cabin rent ready. Not only did they drive all over Sevier County to different Home Depot's and Lowe's and Walmarts picking up and shopping for stuff the cabin needed, much of which they recommended (e.g. bigger cooking pots, some throw rugs, bathroom mats, etc) but they assembled and installed tons of stuff like the blinds and drapes, the rocking chairs, the CO2 detectors, the dedicated laptop workstation, carpenter bees traps, string lighting, illuminated address plaque, etc. Every time I ship something new to their house, they bring it to the cabin, set it up, and send me a (very reasonable) invoice. Are these guys more expensive than some other cleaners in the area? Yes. In fact they were 5 times more expensive than the lowest bid I got from a bid site (like Angie's List or something like that). But I simply pass their cleaning fee on to my guests AFTER I mark it up by $49. So not only are they a SOURCE of revenue for me, they actually SAVE me A LOT of money. If I didn't have this incredible team (and they are the most important members of my short term rental cabin team) on the ground, I would have to hire an expensive old skool property management company. Looking at the low star reviews of competing neighboring cabins, nearly all of them are managed by property management companies. Low ratings on Airbnb is slow death. People won't book a low rated, dirty cabin. And eventually Airbnb will delist you. If you're planning on managing your Airbnb VRBO cabin remotely (and why would you not?) HIRE THESE GUYS. They will save you money. They will EARN you money. And you'll sleep well knowing they are on top of everything because they are very experienced, consumate professionals, as good as it gets.

I went in hopeful and we left completely convinced. This place didn't just meet expectations, it blew straight through them. The Inn is Christmas 24/7, 365 days a year, and somehow it never feels cheesy or forced which is kinda the magic here. What could easily have been a kitschy, Vegas-style Pigeon Forge gimmick is elevated into something genuinely special by the level of service and attention to detail. From the moment you check in, you realize this isn't just a theme -- it's a fully realized experience tucked into the Appalachian Mountains. The service alone deserves serious recognition. Every interaction felt intentional, warm, and unhurried. Staff members weren't just polite, they were present, attentive without hovering, joyful without being performative. If Michelin gave Key Awards for hotels here, this place would be a lock based on service alone. Then there's the feeling of it all. Staying here feels like waking up on Christmas morning at your grandmother's house.. that safe, cozy, nostalgic joy where nothing is rushed and everything is allowed to be wonderful. You can roam the hotel in your pajamas, and no one looks at you twice. It's not weird, it's encouraged. You just roll out of bed, head downstairs for biscuits and gravy, hang out with Santa, drink your body weight in hot apple cider, and let every worry slowly melt away. The outdoor hot tub seriously sealed the deal for me. Steam rising into the mountain air, lights glowing, Christmas music softly humming in the background.. it's the kind of moment that makes you forget what day it is, what month it is, and why you ever let yourself get stressed in the first place. This is easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and not just because of the theme. The Inn at Christmas Place succeeds because it understands something simple and rare: atmosphere means nothing without genuine hospitality. Here, you get both in abundance. If you love Christmas, travel, or just the idea of feeling like a kid again, this is an easy recommendation. Not just for the holidays, but any time of year you need a reminder of how good it feels to slow down, be cozy, and let yourself enjoy something unapologetically joyful.

Do not stay here in the winter!!!…read more We stayed at The Ridge Outdoor RV Resort and unfortunately, for the price, this was a huge disappointment. I'll start with the only positive: the pads are nice and level, and our fifth wheel parked easily. That's about where the positives end. What they don't tell you when you book--and pay well over $100 per night--is that the hot tub closes every single day at 6:00 PM during the winter. There are no signs anywhere stating this. We showed up night after night thinking something was wrong before finally asking, only to be told, "Oh yeah, it closes at 6 in the winter." That makes absolutely no sense. Most adults use a hot tub at night, after a full day of activities--especially when visiting the mountains. If I wanted to sit in a hot tub during the day, I wouldn't have traveled to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge in the first place. This felt like false advertising, as we always choose campgrounds specifically because they have a hot tub--and we were unable to enjoy it when it actually matters. Next issue: the laundry facilities. We intentionally booked a site close to one of the two laundromats. Unfortunately, the card-only washers and dryers do not work. Staff is well aware of this and said it's been an ongoing issue, yet it hasn't been resolved. At one point, we were told another guest was charged $90 while machines repeatedly said "declined." There is one washer and one dryer that you can use--but they're double the price, and you'd have to wash everything together (colors, whites, towels, jeans--all in one load). Completely unacceptable. We also expected at least some activities in the clubhouse, especially for kids, as many resorts with large clubhouses offer. There were no activities at all. Bottom line: this resort charges premium pricing but offers very few conveniences. If I want no amenities and no nighttime hot tub, I can stay somewhere else for $50 a night. This stay felt like a complete waste of money. Needless to say, when we return to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area, we will not be staying at The Ridge again.
