"Two Maids and a Mop" was my final decision of hiring a company to perform a deep cleaning of my residence. I'd put off hiring someone for sometime because I didn't know of anyone and had to do the diligent research of finding a reputable, quality, reliable, honest, and professional service. I'd needed (and wanted), my home to be 'deep cleaned'. Not just a little dusting and maybe a vacuum, but a real 'get in there, deep cleaning'. It was somewhat difficult to find the extensiveness of services I needed with traditional service providers. From the moment I spoke with Michell at their office, I was confident I was in very capable hands. She was thorough in her responses to my inquiries and shared many things I hadn't considered in hiring a professional service. Multiple packages, options and price points to choose from, we set an appointment for the offerings that would best serve my needs. Promptly at the appointed date and time, my doorbell rang. It was Team #2, Holly and McKenna. There, armed with their equipment arsenal and ready to work, they began immediately. They flowed seemingly from one area to another. They worked as a unified team in perfect synchronization. The unison of the systematic, organized manner in which they had to maintain, to complete the enormous magnitude of their tasks in a timely fashion. They kept perfect pace throughout the entire day, focused, persevering, while courteous, professional, and warm demeanors were maintained the entire time. Throughout the day, I heard only the calm of two young ladies diligently working the day away. In an unbelievable 6.5 hrs. they had indeed done an entire (approx.) 2,000 sq. ft. home. Literally from top to bottom as the name of the service package implies, they'd meticulously completed 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms, an office, LR, DR, kitchen, appliances, ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, flooring, hallways, a stairway, and even the washer/dryer nook of the home. As if that alone isn't enough, we had two horrendous areas in which I honestly did not expect much. It was the tub in one of my bathrooms and the interior of the oven. Awkwardly, it was amongst the first of things, I know I needed to give a heads-up on. I knew they would do their best. I didn't expect them to work the 'miracle' I knew it would have taken, to see any substantial differences in those two areas. When I saw the bling-sparkle of the projects' completion, I just stood and stared in disbelief. Never one with a shortage for words, I was speechless! The areas were spotless, as if the monumental areas causing tremendous embarrassment had never occurred there. Needless to say, I'm pleased with the services "Two Maids and a Mop" were able to provide. I would undoubtably recommend them to anyone seeking an awesome cleaning services provider. I would absolutely use again. My home is BEAUTIFUL, refreshed and cozy. I'm grateful I found this company. I have had Two Maids and Mop Gilbert come to clean my home for a number of months. Today, one of the cleaners came to my home coughing a great deal. After repeated coughing spells, and after only half way through their scheduled time, I asked if she was ill, and she responded that it was dust...my home is cleaned every two weeks by this company and I clean daily myself-it was not dust, she was obviously sick. I let them know that unfortunately they would need to leave. When I called the office to inform them what happened, I was told by Sade that I would be charged for nearly the entire amount. No acknowledgment or apology for sending a sick employee, just that that was all she could do, but would have the manager, Michell call me before charging me to see if she could do anything better. No manager called. After checking my credit card 30 minutes after speaking with Sade, I noticed that she charged my credit card nearly the entire regular amount. I then immediately called them again, and this time spoke with Michell, the manager, who refused to accept that her employee was sick, and refused to charge me half price, even though her cleaners were only at my home for half the regular time because one was sick. Instead, she charged my credit card for nearly the entire regular cost. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. Do not use this company. If issues arise, they will deny, will not remedy and will charge you anyway. read more

I've been using 2 maids and a mop for about a month and a half. I've had a great experience so far. I chose them because when I began my search for a cleaning company most other companies had Horrible reviews. 2 maids and a mop had the best and I can see why! My team is Mindy and Veronica! They've been great! Like with any company, there are pros and cons. And with the work being done while I'm away it's unsupervised. I have had to call to make some adjustments, minor so extremely minor, but when I called the office they were very nice and took notes of everything. Today I came home and found a lovely note from Mindy and Veronica and all my problems addressed. If you're questioning about getting cleaning down, get these guys! I do rotating cleaning every 2 weeks and its just the littles things they do that go a long way. I remeber when I first opened up my microwave after the first cleaning and was like wow! They cleaned this too! And looking at the clean ceiling fans. The vacuum lines in the carpet! I sent a pic as soon as I saw them to my old roommate and was like look at this! Today was the first time in my life that I've had to have help cleaning my home due to surgery. I looked around , researched different cleaning services and felt that Two Maids meet my needs best. It was one of the best decisions that I've made in a long time. A crew of four young people came in and they cleaned my home and treated it as if it was their own. My lights sparkle, my baseboards and doors are clean, my floors are spotless my kitchen completely wiped down, my bathrooms, my bedrooms dusted, bed linens were changed out, pillows fluffed! All trash cans emptied. I'm just so impressed with this team. Anybody needs a good housekeeping service to come in I would recommend Two Maids. They will be coming back again and I'll be having a deep clean in November and I will do a review after that too. We had an urgent need for a deep clean on a home that appeared to have not been cleaned for quite some time. We used Yelp for recommendations, made the calls, connected with Two Maids & A Mop, and oh.my.gosh!!! They were fantastic! They sent us a reminder before they came, called when they were en route, and showed up when they said they would. In addition to all that, they were pleasant, smiling, and the family member present while they were working said they were even singing. But did they do a good job, you ask? ABSOLUTELY!!! They took a rather disgusting & embarrassing home and made it sparkle! Consuelo and Kiara, team 12, did amazing!! They did everything I asked for and did everything how I would have done it myself! I was already pleased with the work when one of the team said Kathryn, a manager, would be coming to check in. Kathryn came to check out the work herself and make sure I was satisfied with the job that was done! She walked around the house with me to make sure everything was how I wanted. They even got the stubborn water ring out of my toilet...I've been trying to do that for a year. I was so impressed. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to my family and friends. We almost never get house cleaners because I always hate paying for something and then thinking "I could have done this better" and going through and recleaning. This was the opposite! Really great work! Kathryn the Office Assistant was kind and efficient in scheduling! Super impressed with the fact that they follow up with website inquiries, many companies don't even bother these days. This ultimately made the decision easy to hire them. On the cleaning end, the 3-person crew was friendly, detailed and thorough. The Field Op's Manager Kathryn was excellent as well, coming to inspect the cleaning as it was going on. She not only ensured a thorough job, she jumped in and helped complete alongside the other 3 cleaners. Also noteworthy, she was respectful of her team and was encouraging to their efforts. The house they cleaned hasn't been thoroughly dusted in 15+ years, so their work was difficult. Super impressed with this company and crew. Very professional and will recommend them in the future. Yesterday I had Two Maids come in to do a deep cleaning on my home here in Mesa. What a wonderful experience! Started with talking to Michell who was wonderful in giving me the rundown on how the company works, scheduling an appointment for me and then following up to make sure I was pleased with the job. Brianna R and Mariah arrived yesterday morning on time, explained everything while we did a walk thru before they started, were so pleasant and did a fantastic job! When they were done, the Field Operations Manager, Kathryn Ellis came by to do another walk thru with me to make sure I was happy with the results. This was our first time having cleaners for our home and it was a lovely experience! As a new mom I have had a hard time making time to deep clean so this was a life saver! I'm looking into possibly doing a reoccurring service! What really made this experience 5 stars were the ladies Shauney and Beth (team 3), they were the sweetest gals and made sure to go over what I wanted done. They were very personal and honestly made my whole day!!! They graciously even vacuumed my hall and office to ensure the dog hair wouldn't be carried throughout the house even though I didn't have those rooms listed on my service! I can't even begin to say how happy I am with my service! The house was pretty gross when I moved out and I was really crunched on time so hired two maids and a mop and wow! It smells amazing in the house and it's super clean! Mariah and Hannah are amazing, they spent about 3.5 to 4 hours cleaning. If I wasn't getting a new build house I would for sure have them do another clean! I can't wait to use them again! I wish I had the before photos to show you how gross it was. We will never use anyone else! I recommend doing the "DEEP CLEAN"- They cleaned our entire home from top to bottom yesterday and we woke up this morning to a clean, fresh, beautiful home. Vida and Alejandra from Two Maids & A Mop did a great job cleaning our home today. The company fit me into their schedule on short notice. We are expecting out-of-state guests tomorrow and I knew I couldn't get all the housework done in time. I worked on decluttering before they came and let them handle all the shelf and surface dusting, bathroom cleaning, floors and mopping, kitchen cabinets and counters, etc. They even did spot cleaning of windows! We just had our first cleaning from Two Maids and it was a great experience! Even though we moved into our new house a month ago... it already really needed a good clean. Kristina and Jasmine were great- they worked with us cleaning the downstairs while we were upstairs and then moved upstairs as we hung out downstairs.
