I understand two hands is a very new location at the collection and maybe they are just still trying to figure out how to handle things and be organized but the last time I went, I had the worst service as an employee was basically yelling at me to back up, because I was next in line to get my order taken, and I was somehow in her space, even though I was not, I did not appreciate the fact that she yelled and kept rolling her eyes as I was just wondering and asking questions concerning my order even after getting my order taken... hopefully over time they get better, and they actually hire good people that have well mannered customer service voices but for the meantime, I don't see myself going back! read more

This location is absolutely amazing. Keep in mind it just opened so there may be a little bit of a wait. From waiting in line to ordering your food it's such a fun experience. You get to pick and choose how you want your food and customize it accordingly. Reginald in the front always has such a kind smile and is always so helpful (especially if you're not sure what you want!). I would definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

Food was good, but my potato dog didn't have any Hot Cheeto dust like the pictures and menu. :( I've had two hands before in Northridge and it was AMAZING. I think this location just needs to get used to the menu as it's so new. Every time I go here, the staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. You feel like a burden when all you want is a corn dog. Even the supposed "maanger" (who wears joggers and does NOT look professional) was rude. They do not own up to their mistakes and try to lie and talk down to you. Two Hands Oxnard has to be one of the coolest places I'be ever tried in the 805, although there can be a decent wait time, the food is made however you choose! They have several different corn dog options and then you choose the inside as well, like sausage or sausage and cheese! I never had Korean corn dogs before and I feel like I had a great experience with their food, the service works hard and somehow maintains the insane amount of orders coming through, but there's a reason it is so busy, because it is SO good!! I ordered the classic Korean corn dog, the potato corn dog, elote and the American classic corn dog, as well as the dirty fries and a pineapple slush. All of the food was amazing but I have to say the potato corn dog, elote and dirty fries were my favorites. Will definitely be coming here again!! read more

If you're planning on going here on a busy night good luck. They do not have their own seating area like other restaurants in the annex and can be difficult to find seating in general. They are pretty good but definitely something you have to eat before it gets cold or else you won't get that cheese pull. My friends and I noticed one employee who was not wearing gloves and was going back and fourth from the kitchen and register even while there were more than enough staff. I mentioned it to the employee closest to me and he reminded her that she needs to wear her gloves when handling food. Went in a few days ago I believe and the wait time wasn't long I got my food in a reasonable amount of time! I definitely recommend getting full mozzarella stick in your corn dog if your not a fan of 100% beef sausage or hot dog if you will. 4/5 due to the cashier seeming a little annoyed that I was asking about the menu due to it being my first time there, I don't remember her name just curly hair girl needs a little bit more training in that area.
