Brand new fresh and clean large restaurant! The service was slow to start but was worth the wait. She was very attentive once we got her! The menu is vast and we put it through its paces! The sushi was very good! My favorite thing though were the salad and chicken strips!

We've been looking forward to trying this new restaurant since it opened. I've heard positive feedback from friends who've eaten the sushi there. We're not sushi fans but since they offer a wide variety of options it was worth a shot. The owners have done a great job renovating the facility. It's very attractive inside and appears to be a great place for date nights. I ordered the fried flounder with broccoli and a salad. My husband had a burger and baked potato. I don't generally order fried food and that wasn't a good choice here, in my opinion. It was just too greasy for my taste. The broccoli was seasoned very well but just way too salty for me. My husband said his meal was "okay". On the positive side, in addition to nice ambiance, our waitress was excellent and the food beautifully plated. You could tell that the chef took pride in the presentation of the food. I would consider returning but selecting a different menu option.

The sushi and bacon wrapped scallops were amazing. My two sides were a Caesar salad and sweet hush puppies. The Caesar salad was bland and the dressing was not good. The sweet hush puppies were not sweet and looked nothing like the advertisement. The maple butter tasted like cinnamon butter. A friend got a hamburger and said it was good. The ambience was clean but bland. The service was good. The pricing was too high in my opinion. For this area, it's nice to see a leveled up mid range restaurant. But the pricing was on scale for an upper end restaurant. Since they are newly opened, I am hoping with time they level up to their price point. I would definitely recommend the sushi to anyone.

This was our first visit 225 Summit. Upon the restaurant, everything has been stylishly and purposefully placed. It is beautiful.. We had quick service. Our waitress was very attentive. My steak and sweet potato fries were delicious..

For a birthday dinner, I love a good steakhouse but wanted to try something new away from my usual…read morespots, and my wife suggested Spotted Cow. When we first walked in, it was busy and we heard the hostess tell the couple in front of us they would need to wait over an hour for a table - Lucky for me my wife made reservations and we were seated immediately! It was a bit on the noisy side but not so bad we couldn't have a conversation. Our servers, Thomas, was fantastic start to finish with good recommendations, attentive service without being overbearing, and a great personality. Good staff make a business shine! We started with glasses of wine and were impressed with how generous they poured. Perhaps it was a visual illusion, but they felt like very large glasses of wine and made it feel like a very good value. They have a good selection of wines to choose from along with a full bar. Appetizer was the Crab Cake Egg Rolls, something I don't think I've seen anywhere else. They're cooked in Beef Tallow which gave a very savory flavor and crispy texture. They were a bit on the oily side but overall flavor was delicious, and I really liked the dipping sauce which was like a very herb-heavy tartar sauce. For entrees, my wife had the Filet and I had a New York Strip. I don't have the words to describe how delicious and perfectly prepared both of these were. I didn't even bother asking for steak sauce because the perfectly tender and seasoned steak didn't need it. Nobody wants to pay high prices for a steak and receive something low quality, and I was thrilled with the quality of the steaks here. Surrounding tables likewise had great looking meals and I overheard them voicing pleasure too. As sides go, the baked potatoes and salads were excellent too. I got the hot bacon vinegarette dressing and was surprised it was actually served quite hot. It had a really rich and slightly tangy flavor that was unique and I really enjoyed on my salad. I have no complaints here and will absolutely be back. Of course it's on the pricey end, but this is the type of establishment you reserve for a special night out, not your average Tuesday night. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

To be fair none of us ordered steak... at a steakhouse, so that could have been our issue. Our server was really friendly and attentive. We did have a small mishap and one friend's meal was forgotten and came out late, but the atmosphere was so pleasant and we were enjoying chatting so it was easy to overlook. Don't leave without ordering the cream corn. Just trust us.

It was very cold where we were sitting and the server allowed us to move to a warmer spot. We ordered a fried mushroom appetizer. This was very good. They came with ranch and I think it was the horseradish sauce. The orangish sauce was very good. I ordered 1/2 rack of dry ribs with mac & cheese and green beans, and 2 hushpuppies. You get a choice of Texas toast, hushpuppies, or rolls. My coworker ordered salmon. When the food came out, my ribs were wet. I told the server that I had ordered dry rub. He stated they were dry but had sauce on them. I'm sorry, that is not a "dry rib", in my opinion. The first piece of rib meat I ate was soft and juicy. The next two were super dry and I could not eat any more of them. My coworker joked that that was probably what they were referring to when they said "dry rub". The green beans were ok. I added a ton of pepper and some hot sauce. I saved the mac & cheese for lunch the next day. The hushpuppies were dense and needed a little more flavor. My coworker commented that her salmon was ok but nothing to write home about. I should have went with my first instinct and ordered from the kids menu. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is nice.

The ambiance was absolutely perfect, and the music complemented the experience beautifully without being overwhelming. The food was phenomenal. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection--tender, flavorful, and melted in my mouth. Paired with the perfectly prepared lobster tail, it made for an unforgettable meal. The whipped potatoes were incredibly creamy and delicious, and the lemon pound cake was the perfect sweet ending to dinner. I also have to rave about the watermelon margarita--it was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and one of the best margaritas I've had. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We were seated promptly for our Friday night, 6:30pm reservation. Tables were well spaced and never felt cramped. We only ordered the bread basket, You Knead This, as an appetizer; opting for salads to start the meal. The Merc, The Chopped and The Grilled Caesar were liked by all. I personally had the Chopped and it had a great mix of texture and flavors with candied pecans, pickled onions, mandarin oranges and a sweet poppyseed dressing. All six of us ordered steaks, two ribeyes, three filets and one sirloin. All were cooked perfectly ranging from rare to well done. They were well seasoned and most of us chose the Gorgonzola Bacon Butter which was a nice addition. The Brussel Sprout appetizer is a huge crowd favorite, but the side dish is only charred. However, you can request that they prepare them the same way as the appetizer. They were delicious and so were the Au Gratin Potatoes, which were baked in their own little metal crock. Dessert finished up with a Key Lime Crème Brûlée that was delicately flavored with a light touch of lime. We also had a Brownie Sundae that was delicious as expected. Customer service was on point from the greet to the farewell and everything in between. Overall a truly flawless experience.
