Instead of showing me where the items I was looking for were located, she only pointed towards the area in the store where they should have been. She really gave off a vibe as if I was "bothering" her. When I saw a 2nd associate, I asked her for assistance. She used the handheld device to look up the specific item I was looking for and advised me it was out of stock in store. When I went to checkout, the 1st associate I spoke with was the cashier. Instead of putting my change in my hand like I did when I gave her the cash for my purchase, she placed it on the counter.

This is the second time I've used the Purple Poppy to celebrate a special day…read more I've been buying my wife flowers for almost 30 years but I've never seen Arrangements like these. I can't put into words how they make you feel, so I attached some photos. I'm not a big poster on the internet but when you see how these flowers blow people away it makes you want to spread the word. My last arrangement sat on the counter at a very busy dental office all day and the arrangement was all anybody could talk about. Our living room has come alive.
