Front is actually the exit.

Came across this little gem while driving down Figueroa after shopping at WSS. Only opened a couple weeks ago. Plenty of parking. They had a taco vendor in the front. Since it's still new there was only a couple of people, absolutely love that! Beer is good, pilsners and IPA. Heavily influenced by German beers. They even have micheladas. Definitely worth visiting, especially for a sports game considering how small the crowd is.

I met up with my buddies after work right before Good Friday. Nice chill spot, very hidden.. but brews are good. The brewmaster was very informative and offered to let me sample anything on tap. Prices are very adorable for a brewery. Looking forward to my next visit.. and remember! Don't forget to leave a tip if you receive good service cause he won't ask for it.

I was very skeptical about this hole in the wall brewery I had never really heard of before but as a random beer we tried at a beer fest in 2018. Wow. Authentic GERMAN style beers! The beer we tried were all impeccably made. The tasting room is spacious and the biggest surprise was the most amazing beer tender, Joe. Joe noticed an Alkaline Trio sticker on my car and started playing Private Eye without any prompting. We chatted about the LA Kings, Dodgers, and music (Coheed & Cambria FTMFW). What a warm and welcoming experience. Hey! Owners! Joe needs a raise!!

Saint Father Oktoberfest

This is a German-American collaboration focusing on beer flavored beer. And holy cow have they knocked it out of the park. Saint Father, their Oktoberfest, is amazing. And the brewer, Jan, is so friendly. Right now you can only pick up cans, and hours are pretty limited, but hopefully they will have a taproom soon! It seems like they have been focusing on making delicious beer first and sorting the rest out later. They have definitely achieved their goal.

There's a ton of space here with plenty going on, which immediately set the tone for a good time. I…read morerandomly walked in to find Costco had a table setup giving away free Starbucks mugs for sign-ups and a DJ playing live country music. It was lively, unexpected, and honestly a fun vibe. That's what made the beer letdown even more confusing. I walked in with high expectations and still left disappointed. I ordered a michelada since I was with someone who had never tried one before. It definitely hit the spot, but it wasn't anything crazy. Solid, I'd give it a 7.7 out of 10. After that, I tried a flight, and surprisingly everything came across as average at best. Their lager was extremely bland and reminded me of Natty Light. To be fair, it's meant to be a light, easy-drinking beer, so I can give them that. I also tried the Limango, Cosmic Zoo, and Lunar Kitten. The Limango tasted a little flat. The lime and mango were present, but so subtle that it didn't feel as refreshing as expected. I had high hopes for Cosmic Zoo, but it ended up being disappointing and lacking character. The Lunar Kitten was last, and I honestly don't even remember the flavor, which kind of says it all. There was a big football game on, so the energy in the space was great and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but it did make me wonder whether people were there for the beer or just the ambiance. I'll probably go back at some point, but not on my own accord.

I've been coming here since 2024 and honestly can't believe I never left a review…read more Everything about this place just works. The crew behind the counter is always welcoming, knows their beer, and actually remembers people and what they like. It has that rare neighborhood feel where you don't just grab a drink and leave. You feel like part of something. The rotating food vendors are solid, and being able to bring your own food is a big plus. The space itself is great. It's tucked right off Rosecrans with both indoor and outdoor seating. The garage doors open things up so you still get that beach breeze even if you're inside. Only real downside is parking right in front can be tough, but if you're willing to walk a block, Hawthorne and Rosecrans usually have spots. We even hosted a party here in 2025 and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Chris made everything easy. Communication was mostly over email, super clear and responsive, and they took the time to walk us through the space in person when we had questions. The upstairs area is very nice though can run a little warm. Thankfully, they have fans! We opted for the patio since I like the open air and it gave us extra room. Very helpful and accommodating and a super reasonable minimum spending amount. We had around 30 people and it never felt cramped. A bunch of our friends have come back on their own since, which says a lot. And yeah, the beer. It's that good. There are a lot of strong breweries around here, but this one hits different. The Hazy Lil Daisy IPA is a go to, and their seasonal and themed releases are always fun and creative without sacrificing quality. They also make it easy for non drinkers to feel included with solid options like NA seltzers, sodas, and juices (which works great for my wife)!

LOVE LOVE Far Field…read more I threw my son's 1st birthday party in the upstairs private area last weekend and it was such an amazing experience. We actually found Far Field by chance when scrambling to find an indoor space due to the rain, and the manager Chris was incredibly kind and accommodating to let us move our party there on short notice. They have such a great space to throw a good sized party (and very affordable as well). Our guests loved it. And as a brewery, this place has everything I look for - seriously delicious beers, a relaxed atmosphere, and a really friendly, warm staff. We will be returning customers for sure.
