wrongly diagnosed my dog , prescribed him medication that caused him to collapse when he should have been sent to emergency hospital for heart failure and renal failure - had to take him there myself to Queen Mothers Hospital for Animals by cab, cost me over 300.00 pounds and this vet wants 200.00 for causing him to collapse?
over charged me for nail clipping four dogs, said it was 9 pounds then charged double, same with a pets passport, quoted one price charged 40 pounds more.
this vet has ONE recommendation on LINKEDIN, https://uk.linkedin.com/in/andrewmonchar shame this wasn't listed when I first asked for references, as he can't give any , has only ever been an "assistant vet"
He is a one man show, does not have a full time nurse, nor even a receptionist, worst mistake of my life going to this vet, made my dog suffer unnecessarily when he should have been sent to hospital as soon as a heart murmur was detected to do intensive testing, inclusive blood tests,. instead of prescribing ad-hoc medications that caused my dog to vomit, collapse and have seizures,
bad area, surgery on main road , door not locked, where pets could run out into busy road,
trusted him because he was listed on the Royal Veterinary Hospital website , as a registered vet ,
which means nothing without a professional work history and references...
