    A MUST READ!!-- My boyfriend and I bought a Whirlpool, front load washer & dryer from them. Everything was nice in the beginning! But soon enough, our washer started malfunctioning.. seems like an easy fix right? I would have thought so too.. I texted their business cell and called numerous times to come and fix the washer; most requests were made on weekdays (even though we have to work crazy hours and goto school throughout the week), they said they would come and fix it. Neither ever showed up. So I started taking interest in the weekends as it seemed they were too busy for the weekdays, again, they agreed to come by.. but then around 10p, on the Saturday they agreed to, suddenly.. the weekends were "too hard" for them. even though they agreed to the date and they gave a really short notice.. So, I texted them again because majority of our clothes were bleached due to them not coming to even inspect the machines.. It has been WEEKS since they've even reached out to us on their own. I basically told them how crazy it is that our machine still isn't fixed, and that our clothes were ruined because they didn't respect their 90day warranty. They told me that they've tried to set up dates with me numerous times and that it was ME who didn't reply.. which isn't true because I have the receipts :/ and i wouldn't be making this review if that were so.. P.S. those are my reactions to my own messages, maybe a week later, so they could be notified again. also, excuse my language in the texts.

    I wrote a review yesterday, but, somehow, it failed to get posted…read more - 1st visit - I was given everything they would do for the price I was quoted. - Check hoses and icemaker--if icemaker was broken beyond repair, they would replace it - When finished they would put everything back where it belonged and clean up. After several hours, they came up to my desk, advised me that they were finished and asked if they could have copper tubing he replaced. I went back to see the kitchen and NOTHING had been cleaned and there was water all over the floor. Myself and a co-worker cleaned it up. I was told to give it 24-48 hrs for ice to be made. The following morning the icemaker started smoking so we unplugged it and called them. Another man came out and fixed whatever was smoking and told me to call if it didn't make ice and he would replace it. It barely makes small cubes so I tried calling, never received a call back. Texted and never received a response back to that either.

He kept me totally up to date on what the symptoms were and expected repair costs. On top of that needed repair, I had purchased a replacement ice maker which hadn't worked for a while and he replaced it - no extra charge. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs appliance services.

I had to call again for ETA still arriving late. Upon arrival the tech diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and said he would be back with the part. An hour and a half later I called for ETA of the return to fix the appliance to find out he was doing other jobs and still had to get the part and arrival for the repair would be another hour!

When we finally got our appliances delivered, our $3k plus fridge had a rust spot on the front left door and a dent on the right front door. We were told an additional $70 to have them bring the fridge into our home? The $40 delivery we paid was just to drop it in our garage. Who does that? The thing was so complex it took the professional an hour and a half to take it apart and put it back together. I can only imagine how long it would've taken me not knowing what I was doing. Was told by the sales people the replacement door would be shipped in two days but got a call from the manufacturer and they said they have to order it and it will take 6-8 weeks for the upper left door to come in? Im glad it's only a cosmetic defect and not an actual hardware. The dishwasher also didn't come with hoses. Those cost extra. Actually, nothing came with what it needed to be operable. We were not told that at the time of the sale. This delayed installation on the dishwasher, cooktop, hood vent, microwave, and wall oven. You'd think for the amount you are paying for luxury appliances these things would come with it. Lame.
